my cycle was ended ( 12 week of test c 500mg/ml) and my pct is near to begin which that include clomid @50/50/25/25 and nolva @40/40/20/20 and aromasin 12.5 mg EOD so i have two questions :

1.Is 4 weeks enough to recover ? because in my first (test p) cycle my pct was clomid 75/75/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20 after 6 weeks had past from my pct i did blood work and my result was :

fsh : 2.04 mlu/ml ........1.5-12.4
lh : 3.25 mlu/ml..........1.7-8.6
total test : 631.37 ng/dl........241-827
free tset : 16.62 pg/ml.........3.84-34.17
estradiol(e2) : 31.31 pg/ml ...........7.63-42.6
what do u think about my past result ? did i recovered well ? should i go with that dosage or maybe should i need to increase that ?

2.can i take both clomid and nolva @ full dose at the same time ? what about aromasin ?

any help i appreciate it .

Do you have pre bloods to compare your post blood with?

Why are you using aromasin during PCT? I would suggest not taking it. Nolva and clomid is enough.

Me personally, I take HCG 500iu/week on cycle. Helps me recover quicker during PCT

And yes 4 weeks PCT is enough.

Yeah on 10-12 week cycles, 4 weeks is enough. You can always hit 6 week if you want.

Why are you using aromasin during PCT? I would suggest not taking it. Nolva and clomid is enough.

Me personally, I take HCG 500iu/week on cycle. Helps me recover quicker during PCT

yeah i have pre blood ....i take aromasin because it can rise the igf1 levels and keep my estro in range when rebound it during this time ......yeah i take hcg on my last four weeks @ 1000 iu a week ...... what's your opinion about my question #2 ?

Yeah on 10-12 week cycles, 4 weeks is enough. You can always hit 6 week if you want.

Take aromasin during your cycle to control e2, not for pct.

PCT is both Nolva and Clomid, start 2 weeks after last shot. Your dosages look good, you can run them at the same time. 4 weeks is good.

You don't mention using any HCG during cycle so you'll need it for pct
Week 1-4 HCG 250 IU 2x/week + 5 mg Nolva ED
Weeks 5-8 Nova 20/15/10/5

The PCT dose we mentioned would be good for up to a 14 week cycle of 500mg of test.
