Peaks

Hey guys Ive been lifting for about ten years now and my arms get pretty big and veiny but I have never been able to get the high peaks. They seem to be more round and filled out than tall.

Are there any specific exercise that you guys swear by and sets/reps

the peak is mostly down to genetics, just max out the size and dont worry about the peaks. when you cut down the bodyfat they will still be very impressive.
