Pec injury

I have a partial tear in my coracobrachialis from benching. happened wednesday. i can't even bench the bar now lol. i was wondering if it is MGF or Peg MGF that is better for site-injected injury recovery

Go to a doctor and physical therapy and all that shit. Seriously, when you get injured fuck that drugs and self treatment. Go to professionals.

P.S. IMHO, based off of my history, nothing has helped as much as GH has. If you can find good ones.

i went to a sports med doc. he literally did nothing for me. said "yep seems you strained your pec tendon, might take a week to heal, might take 6, good luck."

gonna try ghrp2 with mod grf 129 100mcg a day and see how it feels after a week or two. i dont have the money to take a risk and buy a possibly bunk HGH kit

Welcome to my nightmare dude. I have had that injury in both arms twice now. First time was really bad, went to the doc and basically got the same answer you got. Took me a couple of months before I was comfortable doing anything heavy.

I attribute my injuries to not warming up properly. Each time it happened, I distinctly remember thinking to myself "you fucking idiot, why didn't you warm up!?"

What I've done for it was therapy (the first time only though), lots of high rep pressing movements to get blood flowing in the area, and stretch it out often.

Hardly any value in a kit. More like 3 minimum. Those peps aren't gonna do shit in two weeks. If your going for site healing, that stack plus bpc 157. And u need to do 100mod/100 ghrp 3-4x day not at site of injury (no value whatsoever at site healing)

Honestly at your age just let it heal. Your body is good at it right now. If you care about your lifting future you need to find a good PT ASAP

i have a good PT where i go to school, but im back home between semesters and working right now.

i was pinning the mgf at the site, im not stupid, i know ghrp and mod grf aren't meant to be site injected. that was also a typo as i forgot to say i'd be pinning 100mcg of each 3x a day

I have a partial tear in my pec; got it last March doing flat bench. Opted against surgery (sports med doc), did PT got a little better, tried TB500 (felt like it worked maybe just a placebo). One year later (time seems to be the best) jumped on GH and the bruising is better strength is about 50-75% back. I no longer do flat bench which is a huge blow.

All this to say, nothing is gonna heal it like rest, time, and PT. GH seems to be helping but I haven't been on long enough to give a fair assessment. One thing for certain, I'm a lot more attentive to technique since getting injured.

Not trying jack your thread but just literally posted a thread about peptides for injuries as well. I've done tb 500, alfltop, BPC 157, voltaren gel, and celebrex for months with no help. Done PT and my Docs just give me cortisone which does nothing. I was trying to find another combo to try such as GHRP-2 and Mod GRF1-29 so I'm in a similar boat
