Penile Atrophy, Zero Libido/sensitivity, Help

I can relate to the stories above, I also would say that my balls have shrunk I am taking 500iu HCG per week and find it very strange that I have this penile shrinkage as well as my balls shrinkage. Can anyone help ???

It depends obviously on what other products you are using, but 500IU/week is very low IMHO, you will see zero or minimal effects.

As regarding the original poster, rest assured this is not 'permanent shrinkage' any more than a swim in cold water causes 'permanent shrinkage'. There is a hormone imbalance at work and the blood supply to the flacid penis is less than it might be.

Are you experiencing testicular atrophy? If your balls are 'up' all the time its likely your penis will also appear smaller - HCG can do wonders here.

Apparent penile shrinkage is usually caused by one or more of the following:
-low DHT
-estradiol too high
-thyroid issues
-prolactin too high

Are you using any other meds such as benzos (xanax etx), coming off those products cause often very high levels of anxiety which can also contribute.
