Penile shrinkage, atrophy. What causes it?

My 2 cents on this in a similar vein to @Ghoul's advice is that when I slack on my cardio, and my BP gets high, my Johnson doesn't work as well.

Nebivolol/Telmisartan seems to improve erection quality for me, and my pipe stays fuller in a flaccid state.

It's slowly working its way through approval in the EU, but ofc just much easier to get PT-141 from a peptide source.

Yep, so in like 10 years maybe ? We are very slow to approve drugs and stuff. I guess we have to get it by another way. Anyway thanks for your input.

"Hey guys, I’ve had the same symptoms you described, even though before my TRT, everything was fine in that area. When I started TRT, it actually got worse—uncontrollable libido and strong nocturnal erections.

After that, I did a cycle of 500 mg of Test E and 200 mg of Primo, but in the middle of the cycle, I lost my libido and had trouble maintaining an erection. After stopping the cycle, I went back to TRT at 100 mg per week, and now nothing—my penis is flaccid, the veins look weird, and it’s shrunk.

I didn’t use HCG during the cycle. Since then, I had two weeks of improvement, and then it went back to how it was. It’s killing my morale.

Do you guys have any ideas to fix this? Thanks."
This sort of thing happened to me, same thing with primo and when I went low trt for a while, I upped my test a bit and then added a bit of mast and it helped quite a bit for me, I stopped the mast and kept the test the same and it seemed fine until I started hcg 3 weeks ago lol. I am just finishing my bottle of hcg tmrw and hoping everything is fine after. The mast instead of primo seemed to work magic for me.

@Ghoul , how you fix a curved dick? I have to stand at 2:30 to hit the toilet. I wanna be at noon.

Once your penis starts curving, it usually doesn't stop, getting progressively worse, slowly. No one talks about it but it's pretty serious and much easier to fix early on, before it's gone too far.

Sometimes it starts with an injury, often it happens for no known reasons, but it's always caused by a buildup of scar tissue ("plaques")

6 verapamil injections, with a stretching device used in between, will break down the scar tissue, and straighten it out. It'll increase length and thickness as well, and relieve ED to a degree.

It's only about. $500-$700. The longer you wait the worse it'll get. Much better to treat it early and stop more scar tissue from forming. It's easy and safe.

If it's bad enough, insurance will cover Xiaflex (tell them it interferes with sex and painful), which is FDA approved, but costs $30,000.

If out of pocket, verapamil is almost as effective, just not FDA approved for that purpose, and is a generic.

Any good urologist can do it. Tell them you think you have pyeronnes disease,

Definitely out of pocket. Haven't had health insurance in over ten years. I'll start researching some local urologists.

It's a reset that reminds your subconscious everything is ok. After one or two doses of 2.5-3mg you will be back to normal.

Nothing fixes psychogenic erectile dysfunction faster that PT-141.
How much time should be in between if more are needed? And it stays normal after 1 or 2 doses?

You should be asking this to your urologist. Ghoul is cool and all, but he's just putting your question into chat gpt and parroting the summary. He's not a doctor. He's a skinny computer nerd- helpful for many things, but not this. Take your johnson to a doctor, not some random guy on the internet.

That's bullshit. I've been using PT-141 and recommending it for almost a decade, long before ChatGPT existed and wrote about it as part of a long story regarding an issue I had with psychogenic ED many years ago.

Good fucking luck talking to a urologist about a drug not approved by the FDA for use by men.

The problem with ChatGPT is the same as the advent of Google. People who don't have much intellectual curiosity can't understand how someone else can be well versed on a topic, so they assume it's some kind of cheat.

Do you hear yourself?

You think your intelligent because you know how to parrot chatgpt? And why am I not surprised to hear you have an f'd up johnson. That explains a lot about you.

I was wondering what causes penile shrinkage, atrophy, in the sense in the texture becomes a lot more coarse, rubbery like, prominent veins that weren't there before, loss of sensation. Sometimes cold. Like there is no blood flow down there. If it is hormones, then which hormones is it there is too litlle or too much of? There are a few people who have brought up the subject, but I never found a post where someone has resolved it. This is my most worrisome symptom, but it might be the only one that causes lasting damage. Can the shrinkage we talk about here be restored to normal size pre-problems, or is there actual tissue loss?
Wait this is a thing? Is this from PEDS? TELL ME NOW BEFORE I START....

The world population is shrinking, at least in western cultures.
Not from penis issues. But because I can barely afford groceries let alone a HOUSE or children. White straight men are the scum of the earth. And settling down with women raised by feminism. Were cooked dude... I love my gf but I'm too afraid of child support or her leaving me if we have kids and she wakes up and realizes a family isn't all sunshine and rainbows. There's just no incentive and the risks are too high. It breaks my heart to give up children in my future

I don't think anything permanently causes shrinkage to the penis, but I found being on TRT caused my whole package to shrink in size.
hCG did help restore everything and getting my TRT tuned so that estrogen was in a better range also helped, but since being natural for nearly two years it all looks a lot bigger and healthier.

The flaccid size of my penis is a lot bigger these days. Being on hormones definitely affected this negatively. Even when hard it was not quite as large as it gets now. There just seems to be more bloodflow in the penis full stop.

The very complex balance of hormones that comprise the HPTA, I think influence this greatly.

So certain conditions can shrink your penis.
Fuck dude. I was about to start TRT. This has me scared. I can't afford to lose any size lol
