pentadex 300 fn great

2 eggs, 1 cup of dry oats, 1/2 cup of cooked Quinoa, 1 banana, 1 cup of milk, 2 scoops of protein powder. Roughly 1100 cals.

And it makes a big shake thats the consistency of a mc Donald's triple thick. Haha.

I want to see the recipe too. If its just weight gainer and shit I'm not really interested but if you have some other ideas I want to see them!
 
What's up guys no real big secret. The base of my shake comes from Ultimate Nutrition called muscle juice. I put 8 scopes in a blender with 2 eggs and 36 oz of whole milk and down the shoot. This stuff taste great and goes down good. My be a bit much but it takes a act of Congress for me to gain weight. But with this and 3 good meals a day seems to do the trick for me. The pentadex 300 at 1cc per week have made me very happy.
 
I'm going to give that a try when I go on, it sounds like a pretty easy way to get the cals. Thanks dude
