People that started AAS in their early/mid 20's. What would you do differently now?

i find what he uses interesting. I have a clue what he takes because he just said what he takes. I think people like him are inspirational in that he’s not using or admitting to using grams and grams to get or as his coach says, maintain his look...
That’s cool and I respect that but don’t believe a lot of the shit these guys say that’s all I’m sayin man - believe me

My intention is to give myself until I'm about 23-25. If I am still committed to the sport and still putting the discipline and work in, then at that point I'd feel comfortable. It would be around 5 years considering the decision and furthering my knowledge by that point, definelty not a decision I am taking lightly though
I mean I do it because it works and to be more efficient. I can’t wait for January. That’s when I’m pulling the trigger.

I like to look a certain way but also don’t have 100 hours a week to dedicate to my physique. I want to have that edge and boost from some extra test.

you have a good head on your shoulders. No doubt you’ll be successful.

started when i was 18, 1 year later i did another cycle and never came off. what would i do differently? do not take tren, ever. especially not at 700mg for months on end on multiple occasions. do not blast when you're not training consistently, getting bloodwork means more than checking your test and estrogen levels, always get pharmaceutical grade AI/SERM, thoroughly research your source, and just because you take steroids doesn't mean you're going to turn into that guy on instagram after one cycle.. or two or three. even with PED's, this shit takes time and dedication. but most important of all.. enjoy life outside of the sport. unless you're making money out of this or trying to... [set boundaries obviously] yes you can drink some beer, have that slice of pizza if you feel like it, just live your life. eat clean most of the time do your cardio train hard and you'll be fine.

What was so bad about Tren?

First cycle was 1987, if I would have sunk that $200 in Microsoft stock instead of Dbol I’d have about a quarter million more in the bank, oh well it’s leg day and the underpinning on the trailer needs to be fixed before the cold weather hits or I’d expound more, sorry...

i hate reading those hindsight investment regrets. if i knew what will happen with bitcoin just 6 years ago i'd have leveraged my house and everything else i own for a loan to invest. i'd have been worth $70m

I only skimmed this so I may be repeating what is already said but I would say blood work before you start and hopefully a few results. If you don't know your base it'll be hard to tell if you have recovered after a PCT. If your natural test is low you may want to start sooner than later, I responded great to 250 a week but I think I've always had lower T.

Set clear lines before you start, when you first come off it'll suck and you'll want to hop back on. Stay off long enough to try and recover as much as possible then make a new plan.

Freeze speem

All of those are basically the steps I plan on taking in order to maximize return, as well as not compromise my future health too much.

That being said it's real hard to keep the gear monkey off your back when I keep scrolling through UGL forums on here and salivating at the thought of blowing up. Doing my best to wait at least another year or two.
