I mean I do it because it works and to be more efficient. I can’t wait for January. That’s when I’m pulling the trigger.My intention is to give myself until I'm about 23-25. What was so bad about Tren?started when i was 18, 1 year later i did another cycle and never came off. what would i do differently? do not take tren, ever. especially not at 700mg for months on end on multiple occasions. do not blast when you're not training consistently, getting bloodwork means more than checking your test and estrogen levels, always get pharmaceutical grade AI/SERM, thoroughly research your source, and just because you take steroids doesn't mean you're going to turn into that guy on instagram after one cycle.. or two or three. even with PED's, this shit takes time and dedication. but most important of all.. enjoy life outside of the sport. unless you're making money out of this or trying to... [set boundaries obviously] yes you can drink some beer, have that slice of pizza if you feel like it, just live your life. eat clean most of the time do your cardio train hard and you'll be fine.

All of those are basically the steps I plan on taking in order to maximize return, as well as not compromise my future health too much.I only skimmed this so I may be repeating what is already said but I would say blood work before you start and hopefully a few results. If you don't know your base it'll be hard to tell if you have recovered after a PCT. If your natural test is low you may want to start sooner than later, I responded great to 250 a week but I think I've always had lower T.
Set clear lines before you start, when you first come off it'll suck and you'll want to hop back on. Stay off long enough to try and recover as much as possible then make a new plan.
