its obvious to me you are new at this ,which is fine.
go through the proper channels and I'm sure you will get your refund.
If you have already done this and pep has not responded, then I would be pissed to.

Truth is PEP emailed me 9 days ago and ask me "You want me to send cash refund or Western union?"
I already reply my info to PEP.
Since then he doesn't reply any of my PM and email.
I have no place to complain about this situation.
That's why I post it on this forum.
Do you think I will just cry here and don't sent any PM or email to PEP?
I already did that over 10 times I think.

Hey I feel ya, so you have not received a refund in 9 days.
I don't think this game is for you buddy, no offense but you truly have unrealistic expectations on your time frames. While I'm sure you will receive a refund, I highly doubt pep is going to make it a priority because of the way you handled it from the beginning.

Not that I have any clout here but, I just pm'd pep for you to tell him he should probably address this thread since you are still here complaining about him.

They've acknowledged that they owe him and he'll be "taken care of". It doesn't seem like he's being taken care of to me. I like how everyone is so quick to bash members who have a less than stellar experience I would personally be a little calmer. Either way, no one deserves to wonder where their order is and if they'll ever see it. I know it's buyer beware but have a little empathy.

My last order from pep was delayed a couple days.
I started to wonder after a couple days without responce.
Pep has had an overwhelming couple of weeks with the holiday and takeing some personal time for himself and his rep.
Pep always comes threw with gear.
I understand the concern of the member also.
Sorry to here about you not receiving gear.
If you look at peps history he takes care of buisness.And is a man of his word.
I would like to have seen you go about it a diff way.
Peps rep also does his job sometimes shit gets fucked up You are going to miss out on some good gear Good luck!

If you haven't received your money then I hope you do. I'm pretty sure you posted PM's between you and Pep and MPR? Maybe that is why they won't PM you? I wouldn't either.

Honestly..generally after you call a legit businessman a "scammer" publically..dont be too terribly shocked if that person doesnt care to sit and enjoy tea and crumpets with you over light conversation!
I wont go into my personal experiences with Pep and his rep but frankly I am still shocked that these two guys are such gentlemen. I personally wouldnt deal with anyone but Pep and his rep!!
Im from the "old school" of gear back when one had discourse with the seller only at his leisure and if they chose not to return your correspondence..well,too bad.
I never had a bunch of negative experiences and it sucks your so unhappy but if anyone Ive ever dealt with is gonna take care of you its this guy and/or his rep!
Right now,I bet your seratonin levels are awfully low but maybe think it through before you call someone very negative things then with hat in hand hope for the speediest possible outcome.

OK! After almost one month from my payment!
PEP completed my order status with tracking number in it today.
But I'm not happy about this.
He promised to refund me. But he didn't!
And after the floater issue who wanna use their products?
I really don't know what to say know...
I think I should apologize for calling him scam but I don't want those steroids now...
