They gave me such a good price I figured I should at least post pics of the stuff. Picked up 12 2mg vials. Pinning 1 e5d. Have a years-old groin/gracilis tear from a mountain bike fall that has come back to torment me in my old age. Hoping this stuff will encourage some healing. It has been 5 days so far, 2 pins. No effect yet.

5th pin today. I switched to e4d to simplify my injection schedule. I'm too unorganized to keep different aas and peptide schedules. Nothing good was going to come out of that.

There's some improvement, a little less pain and some increased mobility. Since it had been getting a little worse each week, any improvement seems like a good sign.

Closing on three weeks and despite the hopeful signs earlier, the gracilis tear doesn't seem to be getting better. Don't know if I'm doing something to aggravate it, but I'm pretty careful with the thing, because when I tweak it just right it hurts like hell. Going to give it another 3 weeks at 4mg 2pw, then see a quack, I mean doc, if it's not better by then.

tb500 seems so damn interesting, hope it turns around again.

Is there likelihood of it being legitimately prescribed soon, what's the controversy there? Any roadmap?

There are some pretty solid links to cancer with long term use, and there's actually research going on w.r.t. repressing it to prevent certain kinds of tumors. Still, there seems to be a number of patents filed recently for novel uses: CVD, skin ailments, etc. I doubt it will be approved for general connecting tissue injuries anytime soon, though. For my part, I don't want to be a guinea pig any longer than 6 weeks, lol.

My last pin was 4mg - which requires 2 different vials. I mixed about .4ml bac water in the first vial, sucked it out and pumped it into the second, then sucked that out. Pinned subq as always, but got a hell of a rash from it.

Woke up Sunday morning thinking a wasp had stung me. The burning and itching was pretty intense for a couple of days. It's starting to fade now, so I don't think it was an infection. Maybe 4mg in .4ml bac water is too high a concentration? I'll do 2 separate 2mg pins next time, I guess.

Thanks for logging this.

If this doesn't work I'm sure it's just a matter of time before something in the medical research community develops a new peptide; or a quack can perform a new medical procedure that can help you. The medical and research community is making great strides in some areas.

Don't give up.

If this doesn't work and the pain/tweaks only get worse... maybe going under the knife isn't the worst thing in the world. I had a pretty awful recurring dislocation going on a number of years back, had a bankart procedure done but in this time it wasn't even arthroscopic. The first months sucked and then I was paranoid of tearing for about a year (probably unnecessarily) but I'm stronger than ever and essentially full range of motion. From what I hear now ligament surgeries / rehab are better and less invasive / damaging than ever.

Thanks guys. I do plan on going to the doc if things don't improve soon. I know there are good ones out there, but I've had a series of bad experiences in recent years with not-so-good docs. I just need to do some research before trusting someone again.

I pinned twice tonight with .4ml bac water mixed with each 2mg vial. Pinned one in each love handle. Hopefully I won't have any wasp stings in the morning, heh.

Both sites have wasp stings now. I'm guessing it's the bac water. I keep it in the fridge, but maybe it got contaminated somehow. I don't keep the dry form of the TB500 in the fridge. Wouldn't think it would go bad in a month. Will try new bac water on Saturday.

Opened a new bac water vial yesterday and pinned 2 more 2mg TB500 vials. No wasp stings this morning! That was a major relief. I was bordering on ending this little experiment.

The TB-500 had no effect. My left gracilis is still a mess. I'm tempted to say the PB TB-500 was bunk, but it could also be something I'm doing to keep it from healing. Too bad there's not a labmax test for it. My doc has suggested PT, but I'm too busy right now to do it properly. Maybe in the spring.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have any relief with the TB-500.
I'm glad I noticed this thread though, I either pulled or got a small tear in my gracilis, and I couldn't figure out what the Hell I did until I read your Post.
I looked it up and it all makes sense.
I was getting up off a bench with two 50 lb Dumbbells, and the way I popped up I felt this unbelievable pulling from the inside of my Crotch to almost the Knee.
I didn't go to the Doctor, because I have Degenerative Hip Disease, and thought maybe it was related, although I never had gotten a Pain like this.
Again, sorry to hear about your lack of improvement, but, thank you very much for this post................................................JP
