PEP's Test e, 1st cycle ever.

I've been eating about 29-3200 calories now. Keeping it nice and clean for the most part. My protein has been between 240-280 grams/day, fat at or below 100 grams, the rest carbs. Workouts have been good the last two days although I didn't have much strength on back day, I think I was still on a calorie deficit. I think I'm feeling the lack of stamina lately, been having a hard time getting moving in the gym but ultimately I get great workouts. Pumps have been awesome, almost uncomfortable though. My left quad injection last time was sore for a few days, pretty much better now. I pinned my left delt yesterday, it was pretty sore last night while sleeping. two out of the 3 delt injections I've done I think were a little bit too far forward and got sore down into my arm, the one that was 1/2 further back was good. I'm a little sore down into the side of my arm now, it didn't hinder chest today though.
I don't know why but I've been having a little more trouble pinning my self the last few times. In the beginning I think the adrenalin helped, now I feel the needle prick and it's making me tense up I think.
Even the hcg sub q shots are bothering me some. Fucken annoying! Things were smoother and easier in the beginning.
Weight was 197.5 this am.
 
Legs today, workout seemed lousy, felt a little weak, no stamina, sweating like a pig. Did manage to rep out though and go nice and deep on squats. Didn't think I got a very good workout but I've felt weak, shaky and achy sense.

I know its unsolicited advice but just going off of your posts I might do a 1 week deload where you stay in the gym but shave one set off all of your lifts and keep everything 2-3 reps shy of failure.

I think with the calorie deficit combined with the intense lifting you've been doing without a maintenance/layoff period that fatigue has accumulated, I'll bet your strength and energy shoot up afterwards and make more gains in the long run. Keep up the good work!

Conciselycut got it right , fatigue and overtraining lead to chronic fatigue (and really bad workouts) . I totally quit working out for 5 days last week because I was getting shooting pains in my arms /shoulders . I was also unable to get the sets/wt. I usually get . Or the pumps. All signs of fatigue . :D
 
I really appreciate the advice! I planned on resting for 3 days, eating and sleeping then heading back Tuesday next week. I felt a little better today after eating well last night and getting some extra calories in this morning before the gym. I've been doing a 4 day split plus 1 day of revisiting areas I feel needs work. I'll keep it a little shorter and lighter next week tues-fri and then rest again.
My wife seems to think lately that she knows better than me how much sleep I need, lol, its driving my crazy! If I could get just one night a week where she didn't come into the bedroom every 20 minutes to rummage through a drawer I'd be a happy man! :-)

Hit my left quad again, I went a little lower after looking at some injection diagrams again. Got a descent amount of PIP about 6-8 hours after, took one 200mg ibuprofen which really helped. It's good this morning. Overall much better than last time (first quad injection). Although the injection went smooth, I'm still a little squeamish of the needle lately, don't really know why.... It's pissing me off, I don't like having an illogical fear.
I ate really big the last two days, a little dirty though, a whole box of granola and about 15 cookies over the last two nights. :-) legs were sore Friday and yesterday from my workout Thursday, yesterday was the worst soreness sense I started injecting. Virtually no soreness today.
I'm gonna clean it up today.
Weight is 201.
I took an extra aromasin yesterday, nips were a little sensitive and puffy. Usually I feel the need every 4 days so I opted for e3d administration. After needing them two days in a row I think I'll change to e2d, 12.5mg.

3 days of rest under my belt, anxious to get back to the gym tomorrow. Weight was 200lbs this morning after eating 2500 calories yesterday. I intended to eat about the same today and then bump it up to about 3500 this week but dinner tonight was just too good.
My father in law brought by some rib eyes in trade for printing a flight itenary.
My son and I put a hurtin' on them along with some tortillas, guacamole and pickeled beets. Strange combo I know but so damn good!

I'm breaking out a little and my skin is feeling oily along with the nips being a little tender but I think the extra aromasin got the estro in check and I haven't taken todays yet.

The hcg I mixed up about 30 days ago seems to be loosing its potency, fellas are a little on the small side for the first time sense I started my cycle.
Time to toss the rest and mix up a new vial. Its too bad they didn't come in smaller quantities, I think I'll end up waisting a portion of at least two 5000iu vials.

Well after my 3 days of rest I feel a little better but still a little lethargic. I'm trying I get more sleep and I've upped my calories again to 3400. I was thinking and it seems that the lethargy came on about the same time I began to get estrogen sides, I'm wondering if maybe high levels are to blame.
I'm going to take aromasin every day for a while, see if that helps.
The only other thing I might try if the increased calories and lowering estrogen don't help is maybe supplement some DHEA as it becomes deficient when taking testosterone. Problem with dhea would be that it raises estrogen exponentially....

I want to note, it's not that I feel horrible, I just don't feel energetic like I did. I've always been a moderately low energy person and I've always wished I had more energy. The first portion of the cycle made me feel more "normal", not stimulated, just not struggling with a lack of energy off and on throughout the day.

One more update that I feel compelled to share.
My wife seems to be liking the changes, consciously or subconsciously. She's not been able to keep her hands off me and me being extra gropy seems to be fueling the situation. I got bj's Sunday and Monday night. awesome, enthustiac, put your heart into it bj's. And we're not talking 2 minutes and then on to other things..........get what I'm saying? :-)
 
Not much to report. Solid workouts this week but I'm a little perplexed, I lost about 1lb this week. I'm eating enough.... I didn't get leaner.
Maybe it's the increased aromasin dose?
 
I'd give it another week till your aromasin dosage is consistent and hormones level out, that could be making your weight yo-yo a bit.

I'd think at 200lbs that 3500 cals or so would be enough to see slow but steady weight gain unless you have a really high activity level.
 
Yea, I'm pretty confident my calories are where they should be. I hope you're right, I was expecting things to pick up speed in the last week or so, this yo-yo bs is throwing me.

I ate a little light over the weekend so I wanted to start the week off right. I ate big this morning and then hit the gym before lunch. had a great workout, chest.
achieved a PR for the first time in a while. 100lb x 8 incline dumbell press with strong sets before and after, 75lb x 6 before and 85lb x 6 after plus a warmup and burnout set. all of my exercises I had 1 more rep in me and some extra weight on the bar, overall a great workout.
I hope this is a sign of the test kicking in more, I've been underwhelmed lately with its effects.
I feel pretty good but no different really than when I'm hitting the weights hard and eating right off the juice. sex drive is strong sometimes, other times its more normal, kinda comes in waves and I've historically had a good sex drive when I'm doin' it up at the gym. pumps are great most of the time, enough to limit movement, but I haven't done a serous bulk in a LONG time so I may be forgetting whats its like to be on a descent calorie surplus.......
I grew more in the fist part of this cycle on a calorie deficit or about breaking even that I've have in the last 2 weeks.

Well I probably should have gotten a little feedback first but I went ahead and upped the last two injections. I'm just not feeling much and my gains lately have been underwhelming. I upped it to a 500mg 2x per week. I don't plan on keeping it this high, I just want to see if I feel any different on a higher dose.
I have a suspicion that the test e I'm currently injecting is under dosed compared to the first vial.
its not possible to loose some testosterone concentration when filtering it through a whatman filter is it? say it was slightly crashed and I didn't heat it enough to completely reconstitute it?
FYI. I'm currently using test e from an early January 2014 30ml vial.

I've been on cycle since then and the vials seem different from one another. First vial, I had crazy ass woodys all day long until I went on the second vial, moderate woodys compared to the first. I did filter the second vial though and not the first. So i suspect that filtering does loose come potency, I could be wrong. Maybe my body is just getting used to the test.

I've been doing some reading and filtering should not effect potency but who knows. I also got a message from another member who is on pep's test c and he feels its under dosed as well, he upped his dose considerably.
I feel like upping my dose might be helping but its probably a little early to tell definitively. I plan on getting blood labs done in the near future if there are any health fairs going on with cheap labs.

I've been on the Test E pretty much the same amount of time you have, I should have my blood test results either tomorrow or Friday at the latest. I'm very anxious to see what it shows.
