Peptide beginner looking for guidance – tendon issues, sleep & focus

Hi everyone,

I hope you can help me with some honest feedback. I’m a complete beginner when it comes to peptides and I’m trying to approach this carefully and realistically.

A bit about my situation:

I’ve been dealing with ongoing shoulder issues and a biceps tendon problem. On top of that, my sleep quality is very poor (according to my Apple Watch, over the last 6 months I average only about 19 minutes of deep sleep per night). During the day I often feel forgetful, mentally foggy, and low on energy.

Current idea / plan:
  • BPC-157 for 8 weeks
  • TB-500 alongside it
Goal: support tendon and shoulder recovery
Questions regarding this phase:
  • What dosing range would be considered reasonable for BPC-157 for tendon issues?
  • How would you typically dose TB-500 (loading vs. maintenance, frequency)?

After those 8 weeks, I was considering a second phase with:
  • Selank & Semax (focus, cognition, mental clarity)
  • NAD+
  • possibly DSIP and Epitalon for sleep and recovery

Questions for the cognitive / sleep-related peptides:
  • Typical dosing and timing for Selank and Semax?
  • Does DSIP actually improve deep sleep in your experience, and how is it usually dosed?
  • Is Epitalon better run short-term or cyclic, and at what dose?

Currently running (doctor-prescribed):
  • Testosterone Enanthate 62.5 mg E3D
  • HGH 3 IU daily (planned for ~1 year for anti-aging purposes)

Additional note:
  • Retatrutide 3 mg – so far I haven’t noticed any benefit; if anything, my hunger seems higher.

Overall questions:
  • Which of these peptides make sense for my goals?
  • What would you consider unnecessary or overkill?
  • In what order would you introduce them to minimize variables and side effects?

Please don’t roast me — I’m still learning and would really appreciate constructive input.

Thanks in advance!

Tirzepatide helps better than Reta for hunger signals.
Typical Wolverine stack for tendon healing is
Tb-500 2.5mg twice a week
BPC-157 0.5mg morning and night, every day

I take 2mg of BPC and 2mg of TB-500 daily. I upped it to 4mg each for a week and it healed a biceps tendon quickly. Or at least there was no pain and maybe it would have healed anyway. That’s the problem with anecdotal evidence when peptides don’t have any human data studies. Lastly, don’t believe the people who say you can inject near the site of injury for improved healing on that area.
