You'll need to learn how to homebrew with mannitol in a sterile environment to successfully lyophilize (freeze drying) raw peptide powders. You'll also need a freeze dryer, these can be sourced used from the cannabis/hemp industry
I just need to bottle raw in bulk, not creating it I was not clear on first post

Anyone know how peptide raws are supplied? Just curious.
You can just buy it from sources here. Very expensive though and i am not sure if it is stable during transport

That's what I'm curious about. Does it come in a plastic bag, vacuum sealed glass vial, or what?

They usually come in plastic vials.
They usually come in 1 gram screw top containers. The Tirzepatide and Semaglutide seem to work fine when made into a solution. They seem to be like standard reagent grade crystallized powders. I use them because it makes it easier to prepare say a 400mg vial rather than have to reconstitute 8 50mg vials and put them together.

Excipient free. I’ve run some do the samples on an LC/MS and they check out fine. The 1g bottles appear to have around 1.1g of crystals if you were to try to remove the entire contents onto the scale at once (don’t do that btw). I just scoop out into a glass vial with a spatchula at around 45mg/scoop.

what is the solubility of the raw Tirz or Sema without lyophilization? from my research rHGH is only about 1mg/ml max soluble in bac water

I'm curious too... yes, doesn't every powder & "peptide" including hgh need to be lypholized for injections?

i think its done primarily to heighten its solubility in bac water. It may also help preserve the raw hormone. some excipients may also help modify its absorption rate once injected. we have heard from Tracy that QSC only adds mannitol to their HGH lyophilization process. im curious what liquid they actually use to dissolve the mannitol and hgh solution before they lyophilize it? maybe food grade ethanol or some other solvent that can easily dissolve the peptide and mannitol
It’s very soluble. I’m going around 150mg/mL with no issue. It only takes a few minutes for it to fully dissolve.

have you happened to try this with HGH raws?
So far just Tirzepatide and Semaglutide. Next time I’ll probably get Reta. I haven’t looked for a reliable source for HGH raw yet, perhaps I will find one soon.
I got 2- 1 gram bottles of Tirz last week and I was pleased. Ordered Saturday and arrived on Thursday. If I got at least10 grams it could turn into a GB for less than 30 cents a milligram.
