So i am planning out my winter bulk now and about to hit the summer sales to stock up. Wanted to run the protocol i plan to run by yall.
First i will be running the wendler 5/3/1 building the monolith plan. Its hardcore 4 days a week. I will be doing this for three 12 week mesocycles. The name of the game is lift heavy ass slag iron while putting down massive amounts of food so you can recover.
Goal also is to have bloodwork remain healthy. Thisis extremely important and i will drop compounds in a heart beat if i feel they are messing up my blood work.
I have worked extremely hard to get down to the body fat percentage i am and want to stay realitively lean during the bulk so here is the plan
Throughtout the cycle i will run
Test e-400mg/week
EQ-900 to 1000mg/week
Deca-500/week
I will be using intermittent fasting combined with carb cycling so pretty much the lean gains protocol while sticking to the dietary protocols outlined in wendlers program. So i will not eat till around 2pm and plan to use
Hgh frag before morning cardio and again mid morning to take advantage of the fasting. Also will take before bed.
Will take cjc with dac weekly combined Mk667. Hoping this will help add size. I also realize this will cause some bloat and i am ok with that. Just would like to not gain more than 3 to 4% actual bodyfat over the course of the 39 or so weeks.
I also plan to run igf woth mgf to help bring up lagging bodyparts during one of the meso cycles.
Do yall feel this will be successful in keeping this a very lean bulk or am i missing something?
