peptide stack after a back surgery

i had back surgery before 3 month.
male,30 years old.
before the surgery i suffered from really bad pain , with tribble nerve pain of left leg, i lost 20 kg mass
one year of hell.
now im on peptide cycle for one month , excellent recovery, almost no pain.
this is my current stack:

BPC-157 350 mcg X2 ed for 8 weeks

TB500 5 mg twice a week for 4 weeks, after that 5 mg one a week for 4 weeks.

Mod GRF 1-29 100 mcg 3X ed , 5 days on,2 days off.

GHRP-2 100 mcg x2 same method as Mod GRF

ipamorelin 100 mcg before sleep with Mod GRF

GHK-Cu 1mg X2 ed

after 8 weeks i can back to the gym, i will start 12 weeks of:
CJC 1925 with dac & ipamorelin & GHRP2
8 weeks of 10 mg anavar just to accelerate the healing.

the surgeon told me that there are high risk of Herniated Disc in one year after the surgery.
i think to stay on the GHRH&GHRP and GHK-Cu for one year
and add more few peptides to the period in the gym, like IGF1-LR3, 50 mcg for 8 weeks.
just to make sure that i will not get that sh*t again.

now i feel great, almost no pain, after one month of use i have no nerve pain which i had 2 month after the surgery.

what can i improve?
suggestions to add ?
thank you

suggestions to add ? - I said before in your introduction post that you should not run Anavar alone. You will suppress your testosterone and make minimal gains. You will also feel like crap and your libido will take a hit. 10mg of Anavar is also a very small amount, you will be suppressing yourself and not gaining anything substantial.

Run at least a trt dose of test

i wont plan to take it for gain, it has a positive effect on connective tissues.
when i will be back to gym i have to be carful and lift very light weight.
there are no impact with low dosage after one year, i want to use for just 8 weeks, its medical dosage.
i will read about trt dosages, it may be good idea, i just little bit scare to suppress the test production.

Imho just keep using the peptides. Don’t take aas unless you plan on running a proper cycle.

But for some insight I did an experiment where I took 300mg of test for 2 or 3 weeks I don’t remember exactly how long but my test levels recovered back to normal after stopping without pct

this is retarded. you say youre scared to supress your test levels by taking testosterone yet you want to take anavar which will supress them as well with the difference being that you will have zero test in your system instead of a trt dosage

10 mg Anavar will supress test levels to zero?
I saw that it’s prescribed for high Shbg levels without trt.
Lowering Shbg levels and get higher free test levels .

Leave the anabolic steroids out if you’re worried about shutdown. The peptides will suffice on their own for your purpose and willingness to accept side effects. Your current protocol also seems to be working so just stick with it

Take TRT. Its a must for brain and spinal probs. Also GHKcu cheap from china. And Igf1lr3, coconut oil. Halft raw meat. High protein. Vitamins, inject if you can. Bpc-157.

Further research shows that even tiny doses of oxandrolone (2.5mg), when taken in boys suffering from delayed puberty, can shut down endogenous testosterone production"

Be Smart dood.

If you do go anavar only then when your T levels drop at least you can go to a trt clinic and get a consultant.

Something to consider.

Seen newbies do oral only cycles or sarms on moreplatesmoredates YT channel and walk into the HRT clinic with T levels of 60.

I had a back injury. It sucked.

Check Out Willow Bark for inflammation. I had to cut out all gluten and lowered my carb intake and supplemented tons of anti-inflammatories like turmeric extract with bioperine.

I'm late to the peptide game but hoping it gets me over the final hurdle to full recovery. Right now I'm about 85%.

Edit:

That's a good article I linked to. It looks like you'll need PCT if you do decide to do an anavar only cycle.

"Thus, we find that when bodybuilders take Anavar, they typically experience an increase in well-being, confidence, motivation and aggression. This is due to the exogenous testosterone kicking in; however, once they come off Anavar, they often experience tiredness, fatigue and reduced libido.

Testicular atrophy is also a common sign of shutdown testosterone levels, which occurs due to less sperm production in the testes. We have seen Anavar negatively affect fertility, due to damage to the sperm via decreased HPT axis function. However, sperm quality is likely to improve post-cycle."

Hmm. I've come a long way since my last comment.

10mg would be roughly a 30% decrease in T levels based on the study I linked to. Plus they seemed to measure only after 12 weeks so 8 weeks Op will probably be good.

That's not too bad. If you boost T with natural alternatives there might be a way to combat the T drop. I suppose we'd have to look into the biological mechanisms by which Annie suppresses T.

I'd recommend taking Fadogia Agrestis, Zinc, and maybe Mucuna Pruriens while taking the Annie.

That's a good study OP linked to.

I think he's right. I like your stuff.

Maybe add in Semaglutide for improved Insulin sensitivity since you're taking so many HGH boosters.

The kids in your linked study were also taking insulin and propanolol.

I might try out a low dose myself.

Nevermind on the MOTS-C. The mice were being given human equivalents of 300-500mgs per day.

Low level DNP intake of 5mg/kg are safe and effective and raise insulin sensitivity.

If anything DNP is a Fucking overlooked miracle drug. I bet this stuff prevents MS and cures Parkinsons (If taken early enough)

It's a mitochondrial decoupler in the same vein as thujone (Banned substance in absinthe)

Small doses=very good for the health and brain.

After the first glass, you see things as you wish they were. After the second, you see things as they are not. Finally, you see things as they really are, and that is the most horrible thing in the world. -Oscar Wilde

I imagine he's talking about the neural boosting effects of the drug. Btw taking alcohol with thujone protects you from overdosing so I imagine it's the same with DNP. Just a healthy piece of advice.

Kisspeptin. Causes LH to secrete without pulse checks. Boosts T levels! You might be able to get away with using this at the end of the cycle instead of PCT.

It looks like it's very similar to HCG. I'll be researching this further.

Although upon further research it looks more similar to HMG in that it stimulates FSH as well.

I agree with Sonnyboy12, do not forget about building blocks - amino acids. Make sure to get plenty of good protein sources - meat, eggs, WHEY (WPH if you can get one without additives). Peptide stack already looks good. High protein diet would make it even better. I assume your kidneys are healthy.
