I'm looking at a BPC157-TB500 combo to start and want to stack up with other peptides so I'm using a whole bunch of these recommendations to plan my course.

the recommended doses for bpc157/tb500 (only ones i looked up) are really underdosed according to anecdotal reports here on meso and from my own personal experiences using these two peptides, so if you want to go by these, more power to you, but from real life experiences, its a joke of a guide, but thank you for "attempting to be helpful ",,,

What the other guy said.

It's probably a good starting point, but I usually get like 5 different dosing opinions, then start experimenting on myself.

I find most of these guides to be erring wildly on the "safe" side, almost to the point of why bother.

Totally agree. I'm more in line with Benf15harp's 20mg doses for BPC-157 lol

Do you think bpc 157 or tb 500 would help sciatica back pain. If so at what dosage.
sciatica happens when there's inflammation in the spine causing pressure against the sciatic nerve. Since tb500 acts as an anti inflammatory naturally it should relieve the inflammation and did for me. I can't recommend you a dosage because there is no one size fits all dosage and its an experimental drug.

Drugs will only likely temporarily get rid of the symptoms and don't fix the problem. For me putting extra effort into strengthening my core to better support my spine and avoiding certain exercises for a while that make the problem worse and never allowing your core to be soft when theres weight (even light weight) on your shoulders. Also some other things can trigger it for me like an overly soft bed.

i don't know really, i know stretching can help sciatica Tremendously, from my understanding, sciatica is caused by "compressed nerves", so not sure how these peptides could help, except relieve some inflammation that "could" be causing issues, imo on dosages of bpc157 for whatever reason, the higher the better mg wise, its something that you just have to run to see "if it works", but IMO/IME, don't waste your time/money with these micro dosing, start at 1 mg daily and "adjust accordingly",, Good luck on your journey,,

BPC-157 and TB-500 can help with sciatica, especially if it’s due to inflammation, nerve irritation, or soft tissue issues. They won’t fix a herniated disc, but they can ease symptoms and support recovery.

For dosing, most start with at least 500 mcg of each per day, but I’d personally go with 1mg of each daily for better results.
Run it for 4-6 weeks, then see how your body responds.

They’re not a magic fix and won’t replace physical therapy, but if the pain is inflammation-driven, they’re definitely worth trying.

This right here.

Use them together.

They should help make life a bit more tolerable while you work on more permanent fix

KPV would be my choice for sciatica pain, better for relieving inflammation. The rehab part, stretching and strengthening, is where the long term effects will happen.

I have found Grok to be the best AI for providing solid info about peptides and drugs in general. Doses typically make sense.

I'd just say be careful with your prompts

For example, ask it to give the opposite answer that you'd like (but don't say you're doing that)

Otherwise, seems a little too susceptible to an AI version of cherry picking

I asked grok a question and it " just said yeah your right" no explanation , very strange

It all comes down to how you phrase the question

1) to get the BEST answer to what you're really asking

But also: 2) some people are really good at this, post on social media & forums, and it makes them look way smarter than they are

Elon Musk is a big druggy so it's probably fine.

I also compare the dosage guidelines to the prices on several popular Chinese peptide sources. It's clear they price their products primarily based on the number of doses per vial.
