Peptides for chronic elbow tendinitis?

Hi everyone!

(Obligatory "English isn't my first language")

TL;DR: what is best to take for chronic tendinitis excluding BPC-157?

I'm looking for advice and guidance on how to best go about aiding the healing a chronic epycondilithis (Both elbows, predominantly the right one).

I'm only 24, and i've had this problem for the past 3 years (I can still hear the echoes: "But you're far too young to have such problems...!).

I'm not a bodybuilder: the issue began with bad posture while using the pc, but hasn't really gone away for extended periods of time even after fixing the posture (+ routine PT, ice, heat, shockwaves, NSAIDs, chiro, vertical mouse, ergonomic chair, braces - i'm one step away from sacrificing a lamb to the Elbow Gods).

What's worse, echos and MRIs show basically nothing noteworthy (save for a minor scarring on the right epicondyle).

I think you can imagine how destabilizing this is for a young man. It feels like the very thing that should allow me to interact with the world, to shape it, to go out and build a life - my goddamn arms - are frail and unreliable.

I'm starting to run out of options, so i want to try something akin to HGH/TB500 etc. I only know the absolute basics, though (Never administered anything of the like), and this is why i'm looking for guidance.
I want to preface that, through the little reading that i have done, i've come to already exclude BPC-157 from the list of candidates: though it comes up very frequently when talking about recovering from injury, the few reports of persistent anhedonia scare me too much (I already have quite a bit of anhedonia as it is - the last thing i want is to worsen it).

The story is obviously longer, but this post is already long enough lol

Thanks to anyone who read this whole thing and anyone who will offer some help! :)

I've used HGH/BPC/TB for tennis elbow. It really helped. I couldn't say if the protocol would be useful without BPC.

BPC 250mcg / TB 375mcg 2x daily, cycles 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. Cycling BPC is important. It's discussed that if you have pre-existing cancer or tumor, it could expedite growth its growth. Best to get checked for that first.

HGH 2iu ED, since I'm female it's a low dose.

Thank you a lot!
How many cycles did you do before noticing effects?
Do you also cycle HGH, or not? If not, how long is it tipically taken for?

First cycle without hgh, some improvement. Second cycle with, much better improvement. Third cycle, no more issues. Of course it wasn't chronic, it was exercise induced. I still do smaller cycles since I still lift 5x a week. Well, been on break since mid November due to gallbladder issues and finally removal two weeks ago. The cycle has helped with healing after surgery.

I plan to take hgh year round, as I'm 51 and my body just doesn't produce very much at all. The older you get the less your body produces hgh. If you're young you may want to cycle so your body doesn't shut down its own production of it. IDK what the cycle would be. There are others here that are more knowledgeable than I about the subject.

My tennis elbow was bad and in both arms. It was painful nearly all of the time. It hurt to spread my fingers in a 5 too far. . I tried every exercise I could find and even bought the rubber bars to do reverse Tyler twists to fix mine. The only thing that worked was BPC. 250/250 morning and night for six weeks then 500mg at night for a few more weeks after the relief set in during week six. I had TB to throw in if the BPC didn’t work but never needed it.

The only mental effect I experienced was more of an “I’m not going to get stressed about this problem” at work than a general lack of pleasure or decreased sex drive. I did however notice that caffeine didn’t work quite as well around the fourth week. This all reversed completely after a few weeks off of it.

To be on topic… You may not see any improvement with HGH as this is an inflammatory issue and HGH can cause its own set of side effects with CTS depending on person and tritation. Due to your age I would highly recommend an IGF-1 level test prior to starting HGH. A starting dose at your age could be high enough to cause unwanted side effects. As always, it is person dependent.
