does anyone of you that tried ozempic and mounjaro switched to the peptides version of semaglutide and tirzepatide and found it to be the same effect?

Peptides version? They're all peptides
If you mean like gray market lyophilized vials, yes - no difference from pharma tirz and gray. (assuming you get yours independently tested for contents)
The pharma pens also have so much liquid making for an unnecessarily large shot
