Peptides (SS31 etc) for cfs/tiredness

Hi!
Tldr: anyone have good experience with ss31, motsc or any other peptide for treating/curing some type of chronic fatigue syndrome (cfs)? Or maybe some other non peptide like NAD+ buffered injection.

So I have been dealing with CFS type symptoms and PEM now for a while. It started after a month of on/off typical flus you get from kids maybe 9-10 weeks ago. Don’t know what I have, but its been wild. Them PEM symptoms after doing basic home stuff were intense for many days.

Anyhow, I am 42y male and for the past 2.5 weeks I have been taking a lot of peptides to try and get better. Daily I have taken 5mg SS31, bpc 1-2mg, tb500 1-2mg, kpv 400mcg, ghk 1mg->2mg, ipa/tesa, NAD+ 50-100mg and a week ago added motsc 2mg. Now I plan after loading phase to maybe cut NAD to 3-5xweek 100mg.
BF is maybe 19-20% and i’m on basic trt (not plus).

Pretty soon after i started to use this peptides I started to feel gradually every day better. Noticed I didnt get PEM from things I used to get under this short time. I have though taken it very easily to just be sure its not placebo or a temporarely thing.
I get still a little tired still from basic home stuff and walking to in stores and what not.

I am planning now cutting ipa/tesa as its wrecking my rhr so that I can get a better night sleep. Oura is flipping out because of my sleep hr and hrv. My rhr started to rise after i started peptides 2 weeks ago. Not sure its ipa/tesa, but it is typical that they do it to hr.

Has anybody experience in something similar?

Any chance you got mononucleosis? Tested for it? Probably too late to know at this point since you would probably be IgG positive (which could mean you were infected at any point in the last 42 years). IgM elevation is best checked acutely (I think within the first 4 weeks but I don't recall precisely right off)

Only reason I ask this - it's possible an antiviral (such as Valacyclovir) may speed your recovery given the acute nature of what you describe...but many doctors would probably be hesitant to go down this route.

You may be getting better due to the peptides and/or just your body's natural defenses.

I've been profoundly fatigued for over 25 years. I won't go into the details...I'm fortunate to still be functional and live the best life I can (but that just makes doctors think "hmmm...well he works long hours and has a family...of course he's tired." (Never bothering to acknowledge I have almost zero quality of life beyond that...such is life). I've taken all those peptides.

BPC-157 is mostly useful for me at around 3-5mg SQ q 24 h (but that obviously is a lot higher than what you will find mentioned. I cannot say whether this is save for you or not but I have not really found an obvious downside to going higher). In fact lower doses actually made me tired and unresponsive to caffeine (I have no idea why?).

You could consider pinealon or some similar peptides for cognitive health (but I'm not expert). I plan on going through another cycle of SS-31 (but the doses are all over the place...off the top of my head, I think human trials used 40 mg daily but don't quote me on that). The dose you are on is better off considering we don't exactly have an accepted dose for this UGL stuff.

HGH definitely causes increase in my RHR and lower my HRV...I take between. 2-4 IU daily in cycles (mostly post surgical, few other times) and it definitely increases BP and RHR...presume related to helping the heart beat harder (not sure of the exact mechanism but I presume it influences sympathetic tone within the body).

I forget if I even managed to answer your question...lol.

I agree with this. I had mononucleosis in the past and the experience was a complete disaster. Luckily it got better other time again, tried several things but no peptides (didn’t know about them 6 years ago). Now I’m back to being a normal person, no side effects.

It took a few years for me to fully recover so don’t take this lightly. But I’m planning to do a SS31, MotsC, NAH+ cycle in the near future to improve mitochondria activity for be better for sports.
