Was unsure of where this post belonged.... so I posted it here in the Nutrition Board, although I personally think this should be plastered everywhere...
Let me start with the obvious. I have not been here on Meso for very long, and there are people on this board who have been training longer than I've been alive. I am not a nutritionist, I am not a personal trainer, I am not an AAS guru, BUT I understand the simple fact of PED/AAS are not miracle drugs.
In the hot minute I've been here, I have seen an alarming increase of posts of people being in the higher bodyfat ranges, 1 Year of so-so training under their belts, and after a half hour of "research" the decide a test deca eq cycle with an anadrol kicker, switching to a mast test blend is their best first cycle, followed by an OTC herbal test booster for PCT... or even worse, tapering...
Granted, you will see results, you will get stronger, probably have veins popping out, and you might even get leaner, but the simple fact of the matter is you will do more harm than you will good if you do not have a solid grasp of training, nutrition, and how these factors alter your body.
The members of Meso may come off as dick heads to some (most) of the new comers... but it is for the better.
Test only is not a recommendation because we think you are too stupid to remember to take your shots, or because we don't want you surpassing us or anything of the sort... it is so if something goes wrong in your cycle, you know that it is due to the test, and you don't have to identify the problem through a process of elimination from your buffet of drugs.
There are a few very simple guidelines I follow...
1.) Your bulking cycle is only as good as you can afford to eat
-instead if blowing money on ridiculously high doses and the plethora of Sarms, spend money on high quality foods... you will need a lot.
2.) Your cutting cycle is only as good as your nutrition
-again... don't blow your money on high amounts of tren, T3, clen, DNP, and all that..... buy CLEAN proteins and veggies
3.) Your strength cycle is only as good as your training, AND your understanding of how if affects your body
-and even here... an empty gas tank isn't gonna get you anywhere.... you need to fuel your body with the proper nutrition.
All the newcomers should scavenge this thread, the Nutrition and Training, and get a solid understanding of their bodies.
Thanks for reading.
