Personal training log

Has increased every workout by one plate easily, now that form is good. He can do more but will take it nice and slow so no injuries. He has a umbilical hernia that was fixed and it happened working out. So needs to strengthen that slowly.



Also he did 8 minutes of planks post workout. he is going to do this eod. or ed.
 
He went to gym yesterday did chest and back, Day before did arms. So He is doing legs today.

He is eating much better. Maybe lost a couple pounds nothing major.
