I plan on using it 4-6x a day in calves along with lidocaine for 4 weeks.

Hopefully the lidocaine will inhibit the pain but not inhibit the inflammation and growth.

Well this may come as a surprise, but PGF2a does not work for muscle gains. You can loose some fat when injected locally (arms, delts), but when shooting in the abs area, you will loose WATER, your waist will get thighter, BUT when you stop, fat around the waist comes back.

It increases local receptor sensitivity, and is suposed to increase protein synthesis-I have heard a little about its fat burning effects but not much. As far as injecting in your abs, I think that your crazy, such a site is to close to smooth muscles of your GI tract-This leads to "projectile waste" and cramping. My source says that it is also used to induce labor/abortions in animals, hence the cramping.
