Hey guys, my very first cycle here.
Stats
32 years old
5'8
175 lbs

Cycle Plan:

On Cycle Therapy Weeks Dosage
  • Testosterone Enanthate - 12 weeks - 300mg x3.5 days (600mg week)
  • hCG 12 250iu x3.5 days - 12 weeks - (500 mg week)
  • Arimidex - 14 weeks - .25mg EOD
Post Cycle Therapy
  • Tamoxifen 4 40/20/20/20mg
  • Clomid 4 75/50/50/50mg day/week
Diet
I know they aren't terribly accurate, but I've worn a Fitbit Charge II for 2 months and averaged my TDEE, burning 2827 calories daily. My surplus for the cycle will be 500 calories. I am doing meal preps and have a spreadsheet to build the meals around the macros.

Day One Thoughts
Never done AAS, as mentioned earlier, so I've spent the past year doing research, lurking in forums, and asking questions as they've come up. I decided to go with Pharmacom because of the reviews here on Meso. I've never used Bitcoin either, so that was another speed bump for me but it didn't take long to get the hang of it. I used Coinbase for the purchase and their policy on only allowing you to purchase 150$ or less of coins at one time really screwed things up. Once I got the bitcoins in my possession, the ordering process was smooth and Marcus stayed in contact with me through the entire process. I got an email from them saying that my order would be delayed due to the number of orders being processed, and that was fine. I ordered enough for two cycles so I wouldn't need to go through the bitcoin process anytime soon. I ordered them directly to my house, no PO box. Things went smoothly, I tracked the package all the way to delivery. No issues at customs and I didn't have to sign for the package. When I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had given me a package of Dianabol for the delay. Full pack of 100 10mg pills. Very cool. These will just have to wait till a further cycle...
I've posted my blood results, taken 2 weeks ago. I'll post them again when I have bloods done again in about 2 weeks. As far as the products go, everything looks great. The packaging is very nice, doesn't look cheap or like it was made in a basement in guatemala. I am pinning Monday mornings and Thursday evenings, alternating between glutes and delts for the Test E, and injecting the hCG SQ near the navel on the same days. I'll post pics of the products shortly.

Just finished my last pin for week 2, was in the left delt. Did right glute, left glute, right delt, left delt. Definitely had some soreness in each location, but nothing too bad.

So.... I haven't noticed much in the way of energy yet. My workouts have been very good, I feel great while working out and I'm definitely getting stronger, but at this point I'm not sure if that is due to the test or due to the fact that, mentally, I am in it to win it since I have such a financial investment in this cycle. My core lifts have gone up quite a bit and I definitely feel more explosive.

I've put on 4.5 lbs since starting. I have been spot on with my diet, except for today. I work as a paramedic, so I work 24 hour shifts and had a mandatory meeting as soon as I got off shift, so I didn't have any of my prepared meals with me and had to eat a Chic-Fil-A sandwich. I don't think that is going to make or break the cycle, so I'm not gonna stress it.

My meals have been:
10oz chicken, 1/3 bag of Mahatma rice, 1 cup chopped steamed broccoli, 133g sweet potato

1 oz brown rice, 6.35oz Ground Venison, 124g Squash/Zuccini, 1/2 can black beans

I do all the macro math on a spreadsheet and then make the meals for 2-3 days at a time. Seems like it is working for me. Macros as posted are:
274.47g Protein
374.27g Carbs
81.32g Fat

I know some people say they wake up and feel a major difference in week 3 or 4, so I'm hoping for more than what I'm currently feeling from the gear. I'm fairly certain it is legit, as I've been waking up hard as a rock far more often than normal and my sex drive does feel a little stronger. No negative side effects, but little positive effects at this point. I'll keep you all updated. Also, I plan on getting updated bloods, most likely next week, to compare the test levels. Do you guys think 2 weeks is too early, should I push it out to 6 weeks to test my levels halfway through?
 
major lurker here, good luck with cycle, side note coinbase will increase your limit with your debit/credit card every 2 months or so. Just make active transactions even after cycle. stock up on PCT etc.

besides that i will be starting my second cycle all pharmacom actually, trenace 100 /test prop dbol kicker, just waiting on some last minute touches on pct gear and here we go.. cheers

I've been making small transactions here and there preparing for futher cycles. I actually have everything I need for my second cycle, which will be the same as what I'm running now with the addition of Dianabol. Good luck to you!
 
Alright, I hate doing this sorta thing but I'm uploading my before and after photos. Just a few. I'll try and post them every 3 weeks, so we'll be seeing quarterly updates. For fairness' sake, I'll be uploading photos BEFORE WORKOUT PUMP. I'd rather be open and honest about how I'm looking if I were randomly strutting down the street without a shirt on. You know, because reasons. So... here's the pre-cycle photos. Not as lean as I'd have liked to be, but I was experimenting eating at cycle diet for about 2 months prior to starting. I have to establish a habit or I won't keep it.

By the way, I see you judging me with your tiny, judgy eyes...

I'll say what everyone else is thinking. If you've been working out very long at all, either your diet was really bad or your training routine was, or both.

The split that you're running now, only doing one body part a week isn't going to get you much. I'd be surprised if you make much more progress on cycle than you would normally.

As far as feeling like you're "on" something, I don't too much either on test only. I made big changes to my physique though. I all but thought my gear was bunk till my TT came back over 5000.

I'm not trying to be a dick either, but that workout sucks, especially if you're on gear.

What he's saying is that for your body type that is a bad split. One body part a week is more of a lift for BB and getting a more aesthetic appearance. At your body fat levels and stage of muscular development, you would be better suited hitting multiple body parts a day. Chest/triceps, back/biceps, legs/shoulders 2x a week for example.
 
In all honesty, you should have held off on gear until you got a better diet and lowered your BF%. But, since you started just keep working hard and make sure you adhere to good lifting and proper diet off cycle. If anything, should be more precise with both off cycle

Each one of those is done once per week. That's what I meant. Not enough frequency. You won't hardly grow on that.
