First post, won' lie I troll, more of the out of the spotlight kind of guy, but thanks for having me and providing the many tools to educate ones self on making that step. Also this will be my 3rd cycle all from pharmacom with the results I was looking for and then some, while nother story. So done with the rambling first to cycles as follows..
Cycle one @ 30 years old - 5'10 160lbs.
6 weeks of Test Prop @ 500mg/week
P.Com Send me a free pack of Dbol, so I said why not and ran it @ 30mg/day for first 33days (40mg on last day) of cycle. Diet was on point, no grease foods, greens meat and a carb I have a very fast metabolism. 3 meals a day with GNC mass meal replacements high protein carb shakes 2-3 a day. I weight 170 3 weeks in and 185 and end of 6 weeks.
Cycle 2 8wk/2mo 30yr - 180lbs
8 weeks of Test 500mg/wk -Tren Ace 300mg/week, from week3-week8 and once again with the free pack of dbol for first 33 days.
Cycle 3 31 yr old loss in family 5 months no cycle 170lbs, will be ordering P.Com again in 2 weeks. Some advice would be appreciated, this is what I'm thinking of running as no bad side effects besides from first 2cyc.
Anadrol 50mg/ed for first 6 weeks
Tren Ace 300-400mg/week(advice) for 12 weeks.
Test Prop 500mg/wk for 12 wks
Nolva 1-2x a week if nipples puff up.

At 5'10 and 170-180lbs don't you feel like you have a good amount of growing to do before using anything?

Let's look at your diet first. I'm sure we can get you to 200lbs without gear. Layout your exact daily diet, weights and volumes of course.

4 eggs in the a.m. or shake/bar, coldcut sandwhich everyday (chicken turkey or roast beef, dinner varies but mostly chicken or steak, green, potatoes rice or pasta. 2-3 shakes a day in between each meal. Wont lie i probably could push 200 w/o gear but id probably have to gorge myself. Thanks for reply.
