It serves as a Triple reuptake inhibitor with mild DRI properties, which would mitigate it's addiction potential. I would use it for an anti-depressant and as most a med that works centrally to mitigate appetite and or binging. It has some potential for ADHD so I may be able to be less reliant on addreral XR and methylphenidate.
It increases cholinergic transmission and enhanced BDNF expression. I would assume its devoid of excessive weight gain, fatigue and Sexual side effects, unlike ssri's and to a lesser degree snri's.
I have zero experience with it as it costs an arm and a leg and can be tricky to source.
Have you tried it or are you contemplating ?

I want this. Have you used it?
I’m currently using it from a different source and it’s been mainly all positive for me.

Pros-
Very good appetite suppression
Definitely helps my ADHD

Cons-
Long half-life (if that matters to you)
Difficulty sleeping
Kills libido

Haven’t noticed increase heart rate, no increase in body temp, no jitters.

I will continue to use it since the Pros are so effective.
