Pharmacom terrible service and zero communication

So one month ago my irl friend asked me to hook him up with a source and I told him to try out pcom.

He placed an order on their website and something is weird.

He payed it already around 3 weeks ago (more even maybe) and did the "Add Money" step as well, however it still shows as payment is being checked.

This step usually takes a few days. The money disappeared from his account yet is order never followed through.
It's not normal for it to take so long, I tried to contact through website and there has been no reply.

I tried messaging @Pharmacom Helper here on Meso, he ignored it.

Meanwhile, nothing is being done and it seems he isn't the only one having problems.
It's a shame they are letting go of a decent reputation.

I would like some explanation as to why they are ignoring every form of communication and what is wrong here

Maybe you should have your "friend" pm them since "he" placed the order.

Try sending them an email through their site as contact.
Recently they expressed they cannot keep up with the Pm's and some site's.

Make sure you include the order number and such, they did say recently they've missed some emails. And remember to check spam folder.

Maybe you should stop trying to be a "smartass" and realise I would have no problems saying it was me if that was the case? I've ordered from them before and everything went ok. My friend isn't a Meso member, and if asking for support for a friend is something you won't do for yours, well stay alone m8

He did that at first, when they didn't answer or react for over 2 weeks I came to Meso. And still nothing anywhere

Maybe, just maybe, you should be writing your complaint in THE SOURCES THREAD! Stop with the friend BS as well. You've been ripped and don't know what to do. I'd start with a public showing in the existing source thread.
