Around here, we generally discourage dealing with guys who sell gear on FB or Instagram. He may be on the up and up, but if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I'd suggest continued research and if you can't find any info, I'd assume he is a fly by night scammer who will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.
Truth told, there are plenty of options available here in the underground that should treat you fine.
