Logged my first Pharmacom anavar only cycle and wanted to share the results. I did lots of research beforehand and was confident in my plan as long as kept course on my training and regimen, my source was real and accurately dosed. Couldn't be happier with how everything went.
With guys doing as much as 100mg/ed of var, they are either getting something else or it's very poorly dosed because 40mg was more than enough to get great results without any sides.
My goal for the next 10 weeks was set out clearly, get under 10% bodyfat. Was lifting weights on and off for years, I had muscle under there but need to drop my bf to see it.
Starting weight. 172 lbs. 18% bf (measured with Skulpt handheld scanner)
Diet---
Macros - 50% protein, 40% fat, 10% carbs. I tried to consume just enough carbs to give me energy for my workouts and throughout the day.
Week 1-6 low carb all week.
Week 6-10 started to include a re-feed day. 1 day a week load up on good carbs and restore glycogen.
Training---
Chest/Back
Legs/Abs
Shoulders/Arms
Day off

Cardio -
Throughout cycle, biked 4k/20min to and from work almost every day. Also took every chance I could get to replace running on treadmill with some sort of bootcamp or class that would switch things up.
Week 1-8. After almost every weight workout consisted of 20-40 minutes of cardio 3-5 days a week.
Either 25min HIIT, or 35-45 min full incline, around 3-4 mph.
Week 8-10. 2-4 days of cardio, same idea
Week 1. 30mg var/ed.
No noticeable effects just yet. Had 1 or 2 days where I felt nauseous if I didn't take the var with food. This went away after the first week and was fine taking it on an empty stomach herein.
Week 1. 40mg/ed Day 7. 16% bf
Vascularity started to kick in during workouts but very lightly compared from what was coming.
Slowly noticed numbing and strength but nothing to write home about.
Week 2 Day 14. 40mg/ed 16% bf
Vascularity and pumps are big during workouts and last almost through out the day, strength gains are 5-15%
Week 3 Day 21. 15% bf
Started to see veins where they never existed before, down along the biceps and shoulders.
Diet still in check, no real fat loss yet that most describe on anavar. Strength gains still going up! From herein veins and pumps getting getting more and more and were just ridiculous. Slowly start to see my abs come in.
Week 4. Day 28. 14.5% bf. Started to notice my face slimming down!
Week 6. 12% bf. This is where the real fat loos started to kick in. Every day going forward was just melting away. Abs were coming in almost overnight.
Blood tests. Attached.
Felt some lower back pain. Everything in BT came back relatively as expected. Increased water intake as much as possible and back pains subdued.
Week 7. 12% bf.
Week 9. 10.8% bf.
Week 10. 40mg/ed. 10.0% bf.
PCT - 40/40/20/20 nolva, 1500mg tribulus ed - still going
Week 11. 9.1% bf. 162lbs
Like I said, couldn't be happier with the product and results and plan on taking few months off and doing it again!
