This is where I am starting to feel effects

3/17/16 - day 23 - weight 189lbs 15.4% BF

- NPP 150mg
- Dbol 40mg
- Test E 300mg
- Proviron 25mg

Notes:
Weight - bloating going away. Upped my caloric intake to 3,500. Constantly hungry
Gear: minor pip. No acne (hopefully will stay this way)
Workout: Pull Strength . Not bad. Switched order and was stronger on lat pull downs and chin ups/pull ups but weaker with curls
I guess the fun is starting!
 
3/18/16 - day 24 - weight 189.5lbs 15.9% BF

- Dbol 40mg
- Anastrozole .25mg

Notes:
Weight - keeping calories between 3500 and 3800. My BF is going up, weight not so much... ??
Gear: nothing to note
Workout: none today. Taking a day off
 
3/19/16 - day 25 - weight 189.5lbs BF unknown

- NPP 150mg
- Dbol 40mg
- Hcg 250iu

Notes:
Weight - not moving much but I feel my fat going up
Gear: nothing to note

3/20/16 - day 26 - weight 189.6lbs 15.9% BF

- test e 450mg
- Dbol 40mg
- Anastrozole .25mg
- Proviron 25mg

Notes:
Weight - feeling bloated again. Cals around 3600-4000 but weight isn't going up much while BF is :(
Gear: nothing to note
Workout: introducing a bit of cardio. Have to prep for a upcoming mud race. Did 40 mins on treadmill at 5% incline and 5mph and had a really hard time. In September was running 10 miles at 15%... :((
 
3/21/16 - day 27 - weight 189.5lbs 15.5bf

- Dbol 40mg

Notes:
Weight - not going up. Calories close to 4,000. Losing lots of liquids with upset stomach though...
Gear : n.t.n. (Nothing to note)
Workout: cardio today too
Will go heavy tomorrow

Unfortunately I couldn't get my hands on gear earlier and my cycle started later that I hoped
My goal optimally is twofold : put on 5-10lbs of LBM (at my age can't hope for more ) then cut to 7-8% by end of June
I started cycle 3, almost 4 weeks ago.
If I end bulk by week 8 I'd be
Over goal by 19.2lbs at 16.4%bf with 5 weeks left in cycle. This would mean also only 12 weeks for cut (5 during cycle 7 off)
You think cutting 1.5lbs/week of fat would be too aggressive? Maybe if I introduce var last 4 weeks I could spare some muscle loss

Thoughts?
 
Just read through your old log.
600mg test is more than enough to prevent muscle loss on a cut, even at 50.
Have you gotten bloods lately?
Reading through everything, it seems like there's something off with your gear?
 
Is your dbol pharmacom as well? I ask because i am currently using theirs and im on day 14, my weight has jumped 10lbs from 208 to 218 and im lifting 15% more acrossed the board. This didnt start untill day 9 though. Weight has been on steady rise. .8lbs a day on 3000 cals gym 5 days a week monday wednesday friday i do am/pm routine.
 
Yes it is. So I don't understand. I'm on 40mg/day, 3,200 cals (I'm 5'9" and 189lbs) but haven't seen much... Truth be told I'm 50 so that is also a factor...

Workout: push strength. Yay! Today I definitely started feeling stronger ! Weights up between. 10 and 20%. Feeling excited!
 
How many mg/day?
40mg ed. It hasnt messed with my appitite at all. I know im going to show more dramatic gains because this is my first cycle. The test e im on wont kick in for another 2 weeks so right now everything is the dbol. The first week i had painfull pumps but the second week my power is way up.
 
each person is different when i comes to how hey prefer dosing dbol. i actually just take i all preworkout its the only oral i do take the entire dose preworkout
