I been running tbol with the same issue with my blood pressure. Mine was around 160/80 also getting nose bleeds and normally my bp is perfect at 120/80 I stopped taking it 2 days ago and it's still high.

Anyone know how long for Bp to go down?

Notes:
Weight - close to my goal of 200 before cutting! Feel fat, really fat though...
Gear: another nosebleed during workout. Hoping Bp will start to go down...
Workout: had time and felt good so I did both push and legs strength. Strength climbing steadily, very pleased
 
4/6/16 - day 41 - weight / bf unknown

Notes:
Weight - couldn't weigh myself today. Feeling more and more fat. One more week of bulking then cut time!
Gear: n.t.n.
Workout: pull strength. Good workout. Curling 75lbs! Very happy. My wife keeps bitching I look too stocky and big :) she preferred me ripped. I'll get to it :)
 
4/7/16 - 194.5lbs bf 16.6%

Notes:
Weight - lost a couple of pounds. Can't get food down, having a hard time sleeping more than a couple of hours at a time then waking up....
Gear : n.t.n.
Workout - was supposed to do legs hypertrophy or at least cardio. Instead I'm lacking motivation, feeling tired. Will try to rest

- anastrozole 0.25mg

Notes:
Weight - climbing. Calories at 3,800 but bf keeps going up too
Gear: Good news is that Bp is down to 134/84. Still higher than usual but trend is positive
Workout - push hypertrophy. Not a bad workout, strength was up but my heart beat goes up quickly and I am getting winded easily. I used to workout same intensity at 125 ppm and now go even above 150 and need to catch my breath. Is that another side of the aas? I hope once cycle is over normality will start settling in.

Notes:
Weight - since I'm putting fat on at a 1:1 ratio with 3,800 Cals, I cut down to 3,500. Now my weight is going down ... Wtf

4/10/16 - day 45 - weight 195.5lbs 16.6% bf

- NPP 150mg
- test e 300mg

Notes:
Weight - keeping Cals between 3,200 and 3,500 and weight going down. Think I'll bump calories up to 3,800 for a week then start cutting
Gear: n.t.n.
Workout: pull hypertrophy- not bad, curling 4x8 at 72lbs Dumbbells , was doing 50lbs 6 weeks ago so I can't complain

Notes :
Weight - it's my last bulking cycle. Fat accumulation or not I'm going all in at 4K calories. I'll deal with fat loss starting next week

Workout - Push Strength - got my bench at 5x4 and 280lbs. I know it's not much for you guys but for me, training alone in my office gym, not spotter or trainer is a good result. Strength keeps climbing :)

Weight - stable. I am thinking once I start cutting I'll take out creatine and reduce my sodium to lose all retained water and get down this bloating
Gear - ntn
Workout - strength still up. 5x4 at 75lbs db curls are impressive (to me). Soon I'll have to give up Dumbbells and only use barbells . My tiny office gym isn't equipped for heavy weights.

Weight - slight increase
Gear - ntn
Workout - tonight was supposed to be leg day. The more I age the more I hate leg day. I had to abandon back squats due to 2 herniated discs. I have been doing front squats but due to training by myself without anyone checking my form or a spotter I can never really load up the weights and I'm constantly concerned about getting injured... So i chickened out tonight... I'll try Sunday ...
