I have been in contact with bushmaster to investigate what actually happened, it appears my paid safe-mail account was hacked. While working through this my password was changed and I was locked out of my account. Unbelievable, I guess he did not scam me after all.

Are you saying you were hacked and the hacker changed payment details and you sent a moneypak or WU/MG to the hacker and he played the role of the source? If so I've seen this happen. I've seen the hacker get into both the source and customers acct. Each guy thinks the other is scamming.
This is why safemail is frowned upon unless you use the paid email service they have and take the time to generate the longer password they offer.

This is exactly what happened. I was using a paid safe-mail account but I did not use the longer password you had mentioned. who ever did hack my account did a he'll of a job to fewl both of us. I wish I could find the guy and put a hole in his head.
