I'm not talking shit this is a legit question.

I am hearing customer service sucks, waiting times are long, and prices are high when not on promo. So what makes you buy from here? Is it the one of the top suppliers for quality?

I have some vials from here that I haven't pinned yet so cant say. I am legitimately curious.

I woukd recommend reading around the forum. You can find sources that have great products and service. Not just a nice website and fancy marketing.

I have looked around the forum and I have only found sources where one person says its good while another says its not. I don't mind waiting or paying a premium. I just want the highest quality UGL I can find.

I just started to pin my Pharmaqo stuff yesterday so time will tell with this one. What brought me here was all the ppl in the Opti thread so happy that he was providng Pharmaqo stuff at a time.

Pharmaqo is very good gear!!!!!! I first used Opti then Pharmaqo had a sale and they delivered. I hope there’s another sale soon!
 
This happened to the last 3 of my vials while taking the cap off. I can show pics of all three if need be.

i am taking caps off like i do normally and never have this problem with other brands or even other vials of PQR except for these last 3.

How to fix this issue. Picture may be hard to tell but it is hard to put alcohol swap on stopper when it is like this

@Mr.PQR you've seen my post and do not answer, what is you problem? Please provide the tracking code or refund me, it's already a month that I paid for that shit
 
in 2024 with all the sources available people still choose to deal with this unprofessional outlet, if he stepped his customer skills up he could be number 1.
 
When shipper send me the tracking u will have it on your account and mail
I sincerely think you didn't ship already the missing item, sorry but this is what I think, because it's impossible after 8 days to not have fucking tracking code. I repeat, if you didn't shipped refund me
