Their website is garbage anyways.

Paying several times the cost of other chinese gear coming from mainland China and getting weak customer service you are much better off dealing with another generic chinese vendor with more testing and paying a fraction of the price.

These guys refused to give me tracking and caused me problems which I had not expected for the inflated price I paid.

I made an order in May, it took maybe a week and a half to get tracking but after I got the tracking number, it never moved from its very first tracking update that shipper had received it. After 30 days, it was decided that it must be lost in transit. I’m in the US so it’s international. I’ve ordered dozens of international orders and never had any issues before. Waiting on a tracking number for reship for about a week. Will report back with updates

Not saying there’s any funny business, shit happens. Hoping it all turns out well in the end though
