And scientific studies do hold validity if you aren't aware. We as a society determine if drugs are safe for human use through lab rat testing. Its how it works for everything. So you're knocks that a brewer shouldn't learn anything through reading scientific studies is off base at best. Its a part of the education that more people should do.

Go to SG in the home brew section. Look at the thread about a guy saying he couldn't get tne to hold at 50mg. It was a member not me and then tmm and I got into it about tne and I'm pretty sure thats where 35% bb came up. But about tne only. But I was pretty sure it was in ref to bgs in that thread or something like that and doing it at 100mg. Or some shit. It should be there.
