As far as bigbird and this lab goes, I don't even need to read the thread to know and trust that this lab is a peice of shit. Yeah, that's exactly right. Even though we did everything possible up to and including a full refund, this guy still rants about it and brings it up every few weeks. And it happened last year. At what point should one wait to begin to question a persons motives for repeatedly posting the same exact bad review from a year ago even though they received way more than paid for and then were offered a refund.
Am I the only one who sees this as odd. And out of all our customers just this one guy does it? Weird huh?

Hey there, Mr. Eastwood. Don't pay any attention to those guys. Some of us really appreciate you using your first post to spread the good news. I can tell you're only looking out for everyone's best interest and we all want the same thing which is some kickass gear and hoes.

After only two posts, I can already tell you're a man of honor, and since you're willing to put your name and reputation on the line to back PP, I'm sure you'll reimburse anyone who gets ripped off out of your own pocket, right? I mean, you spent all that time building your credibility, so wouldn't want to lose all. It would be too hard to start over with a new handle now - no one wants to be a noob again - so I please confirm that you'll be reimbursing the guys who get ripped off. Thanks.
