I use a slin pin. And rotate it to where I need the most effect. Shit after like 4-5 weeks. It just gets rid of fat. All that is left is frickin skin. Shit now all I need to do is figure out how to get rid of the extra skin. ??

I don't know about best, but I use the U-100 slin pins, 29guage 1/2 inch.
