Pinning 500mg a week

Glutes by far have been the easiest for me, I'll have to nut up and try delts eventually. So far while blasting it's been getting a lot easier to pin the volume of oil since I'm getting used to it. Makes me feel like I've been super extra pussy now lol.

For me that was Just a mental thing at the beginning, i saw the delts easier seeing the short needle, but It Is Just a mental point of view
