I feel like im gonna be fuckin jacked when I get the fat off. I and have been blessed with natural strength and mass, and unfortunately fat and out of whack hormones for God knows how long. Just started trying to get my life in order about 4 months ago. Diet is excellent. Working out 6 days a week. Sometimes 5 if im feeling too fatigued. I feel young again. I dont have to take my anti depressants or Adderall anymore. Feels good.

as a former fat guy. this shit wears off once you lose the weight.

get ready for it.. you're already seeing 20lbs decrease in skeletal muscle mass for -2 lbs fat.

not saying that is 100% accurate but reflects something.
 
subq in the abdomen often leads to irritation for me. Try subq elsewhere if you are set on that route of delivery. Otherwise just do IM injections. You can start with a 1/2" insulin syringe if you are hesitant.

Yeah the way it prints out is ass. The top number is my weight. Smm is the second numbers. I lost 20 lbs of weight but muscle stayed about the same. My original PBF was almost 40. Now its 32. Original visceral fat was 24 now it's 19.

Yeah I tried that yesterday in the delt. The mast p and test p i have from the same vendor leaves lumps, irritation, and swelling. I have some from another vendor, and the stuff I get from pharmacy that dont do that.
 
I injected into my tricep this morning, and it isnt too bad. I dont feel it most of the time, but since its a new area, its a little sore.

I switch from ventro-glute, glutes, delts and now triceps. Im scared of lat injections, haha, but i may try it down the line. Im also doing daily injections so having a few spots works best. I keep
Subq for reta, klow, and hgh.

lats is probably the most luxury injection spot there is once you get it right.

i can see its a bummer if you dont have alot of muscle and keep hitting your ribs
 
My daily dose of trt is 30mg test c. So thats .15ml of test c 200/ml. I did recently start experimenting with extra, test p 45mg mast p 45mg. Even after about 4 days I feel like I could lift a fucking car. Not sure if its a good idea, but its been fun. My e2 tested at 99 before I started the extra gear. Free test was 471, amd total was 1460.
Honestly if you are cutting I don't see the point in such high dosages, you're unnecessarily putting your body under extra stress without being able to reap the true benefits (a calorie surplus). I would honestly just do test only in a dosage which would put me in the top of the reference range / slightly above. Best of luck.

Yeah man I think you're completely correct. Just gonna save this stuff for later. My levels on my 200mg per week dose is plenty for now. And I got good results last month. Why fuck that up eh? I did take .5mg arimidex Friday and today. No negative side effects from crashed E2.

The spot on my stomach is getting better slowly, but better.

Losing 3 percent BF and gaining 1lb muscle is a win I think.

defiently not, your tdee is high enough to drive muscle growth while losing fat.

recomp potential starting as 300-400 lbs sorry if im not getting ur weight right is very good.

Ideally, you should have gotten lean before getting on steroids but what's done is done. Taper down to a TRT dose and continue to focus on your fat loss. You will lose muscle. Accept it. It's part of not being a fat slob. Muscle memory will gain it back fast after you are lean.

That would have been awesome. But I was pretty hypogonadal which wasnt helping the situation. My starting T level was 143. Starting weight was 305 ish. In 4 months I lost 8 percent BF and lost 20 lbs. Gained a few lbs muscle but haven't lost any. Super pleased so far.
 
So your TRT doc put you on 200mg/wk?



Because you're not lean enough yet. Recomp is possible with high bf% but as you get closer to ideal weight you will have to trade some muscle for fat loss.

Yeah she had me on 100mg biweekly. T went up to 210 in trough. She gave me option of 100 per week or 200 per week. Shes not the best doc, so I've been trying to figure all this stuff out on my own. On her dose my T is at 1460, free is 471, e2 at 99. This is obviously too much and I need an Ai which I did start taking. We will see what they say next blood.draw in December.

your feelings r wrong ,every fat guy likes to tell themselves they're jacked but the fat is hiding it, not how that works
