Thanks, It felt good to lift heavy and be the older dude. It was crowded with high school and collage kids. So crowded I had nowhere it sit between sets so I had to go old school and sit on the loaded bar, listening to some metal to get stoked:)

Gotta make sure I keep this strength, I am sure I will lose some of it. After next weeks deload, I am thinking reps in the 80-90 range for working sets and just lower volume a little, since recovery will be much harder
 
Ok so the ride is over, 6 weeks down PCT started last night.

overall results are good, body weight is up 15 pds, while it may all not stay, I am leaner in most body areas, stomach is not any leaner, but didn't get and bigger either. My quads have gotten bigger, so much so that my pants are tight only around my quad.

Strength were unreal, smashed a bunch of PR, haven't lifted that heavy in 20 years.

Overall sexlife was good, a few benefits but not alot different which is ok by me, hoping PCT will just continue to stay the same
 
ok day 6 of off cycle, have taken clomid 100mg for last three nights tonight all add in Nova. I wanted to add one at a time to see reaction for new substance. I have seen a few changes already.

First is weight is down 5 pds, I look less bloated and leaner, but I have taken in less carbs this week since I have also been deload this week as everything hurt from all those heavy weights :-) especially elbows. overall I am super happy with mirror and still bigger and 12 pds heavier than when I started, while being leaner.

strength was good today, when i put it in my 1 rep max calculator, squat 8 reps for 315 says my max is the same as my 365x 2 last week
 
10 day pct update, seems to be going well. I am down to 228 so ten full pds from 2 months ago. lost a total of 7 pds off cycle but am much more cut and holding alot less water. While the veins dont seem to be as large, just standing around, when working out they seem to come nowhere. Today was leg day and my shins and quads looked a bit freaky for the first time:)

No side effects from clomid and nova, none:) taken at night so i sllep soundly and cant tell.
 
Forgot to mention, lifts are only a little weaker, BUT agression while working out is not nearly as strong. It might be a placebo but taking the anavar before lifting seemed to make me attack the weights

Arms came out. Honestly, good results for something that people claim wont yeild good results

Another interesting add in, also wondering if anyone has experienced this. During cycle I stopped doing and barbell bench presses. Stuck with dumbbells only, I was afraid with my previous shoulder pain, that the strength increasing quickly might hurt it. Anyway long story short, I tried a barbell today and man it was easier at every weight i was used to before, I only did 3 working sets before moving back to dumbells

Is it normal to gain what would be 25pounds on a bench press in 6 weeks? maybe the time off was an extended deload?
