Mine has crystals that settle to the bottom, or float for quite a while if shaken.
Like snow in one of those little christmas scenes that you can use as apaper weight. But heavier solution keeps the little pieces suspended longer.

Emotionally, I'm up and down a lot day to day, and am starting to wonder about dosage.

I'm "TRYING" to take 2.5 mgs ED.

Is this what it's supposed to look like?


I e-mailed PL, but I know he is hella busy, and I am prone to gyno so I thought I'd ask here.

I have nolva here if neccesary, but would like to stick with the Femara if it's good.

Help me out?

the 1/2 life of femara is 2-3 days. try taking 1 dose eod and see how you do with that. you'll still get the anti-aromatase benefits but maybe you'll feel better emotionally. let us know.

Apparently the solution's appearance is normally like this.

You can heat it up by boiling or in the oven and the crystals should dissolve completely into the solution. It might be a slightly more even dose then.
With Femara I would use the minimum dose necessary to prevent gyno in order to avoid the emotional and libido effects, some people are more prone to those than other.

EOD has helped, I'm still getting flush in the face and a bit emotional..... usually after eating and later in the evenings.
Still early in the cycle though, and these issues are probably related to my body getting hormonally and chemically balanced out.
