plateau changes????

First off, i will give you my stats. I am 6' 220lbs about 20-25% bf(not really sure), i have been working out off and on for 6 years now. I used to be 180lbs and 15% bf but i tore up the cartilage in my knee and that put an end to my cardio activities, so i just started to slowly gain weight. I am really getting back into working out and i started a low carb diet this week and plan on doing it for about a month or until i plateau. My question is once i plateau i want to change it up and take probably a clen/winny combo and try to continue to reduce my bodyfat%. I realize that DIET IS KEY. That is why i am waiting to do a cycle. I want to try and lose as much as possible before i start using chemicals. My question is, is clen/winny a good cycle or is there something better i can take? My goal is to drop anywhere from 25-50lbs then have a fresh start and try to bulk up.
