So how long does this tiredness last? I'm sleeping more than I ever have in my life. And always feel like I need a nap. If I'm on the go I'm good. But I can't even watch tv. I fall right to sleep.

Never haha. I'm always a little sleepy tbh. I think my excessive tiredness is related to dehydration but I'm not sure, maybe a coincidence that I had noticed? You sleep good at night?

How many iu's are you taking? Started my GH today at 2 iu. Thinking I'll probably do 3iu a day, maybe 4. Not sure if I should do half in the morning and half at night or all at me though.

Use to sleep 5 hours about. Now I come home from work. I take 1-2 hour nap. And now I'm in bed earlier so about 6-7 hours thru the night after nap.

2 iu for almost 2 weeks. Bumped to 3 this week and water retention is back and hands get pins and needles at work and when I wake up.
 
I thought at night when we sleep igf is at hugest. That's why I pin am.

Yeah i deff understand what your saying but @mands said pm is fine so i went with pm pins, and the results im having are nothing short of amazing. Took a little while to come on but ive lost so much body fat that for the first time in my life i actually feel like im cheating [emoji6]
 
I'm losing bodyfat as well. Prior to starting GH, I never made it thru an entire night sleep without waking up and tossing and turning. It's night and day different for me personally.
 
So guys today what bad my hands and ankles are very swollen and doing dry wall and texture for 14 hours didn't help my hands would go numb and my hands and shoulders would feel like they are on fire . Had 3 red Bulls just to make it through the day thank God it's over . Not sure if I should go down in iu or I should just ride it out .

Nothing wrong with adjusting if needed imo

I upped to 3 yesterday mine are same way. I'll drop to 2.5 Sunday if it continues. Also I'll try nights for next 2 weeks. I'm on week 2 so far only thing I get is tired, numb hands, water and sleep like a rock. No good effects yet.



Edit- I know it's a slow worker. Hope in 2 weeks I can loose some of the belly fat.
 
The bf will start to peel off, patience. I really started to notice my problem areas reduce fat content around 2/3 months. My diet has become larger due to my workout plan and despite an extra 500/600 calories a day I I have been loosing stubborn fat.
 
Yeah I have to try dropping down to 3iu second morning my hands feel really swollen with some uncomfort in wrists.
