I was recently running generic blue tops and couldn't take more than 2iu without my face and stomach completely bloating up. I switched to Black Tops (batch #31) and LOVE them. Im treating them as 10iu kits and taking 3iu per day split am/pm. Absolutely zero bloat in my face and stomach, but I am experiencing bad CTS at night and a little throughout the day. Did not experience CTS on Bluetops. Blacktops make me tired as fuck all day long as well. At least I know its working.

Treat them as 15iu since that's what they are. So you're actually taking 4.5iu currently

Unless you're using HGH for anti aging, take no less than 8iu per day for at least 6 months.

That's a pretty blanket statement and I don't feel that's accurate in every situation.

If he's using it for fat loss, as low as 2iu pre fasted cardio could be greatly beneficial

If he's using it for muscle gain 4-5iu could be sufficient

Experienced users like @fodsod recommend 8iu daily for muscular growth. 4-5iu does seem low especially for someone under 40
 
Different people have different recommendations.

I know of two coaches who produce "freaks" and they have the guys I know personally using 6iu

Competitive bodybuilders usually have good genetics. Unless you can't afford them, I don't see a reason why you shouldn't take 8+ iu.

There are other reasons not to, such as the sides and also reaching the level of diminishing results.

You don't necessarily need to keep going more more more, if that were the case we'd all run 5g of test but we know at some point you stop getting more out of it.

This is the point where you need to focus on the synergies of various compounds together. Remember, in this sport 1+1+1 does not equal 3. By that I mean the combination of AAS, HGH and SLIN work synergistically together to lead to much greater results. Knowing how much of what to use, at what times, in what combination with other compounds is where things really start to shine.

To some degree, yes more gh works better. But it's not as simple as that
 
Not sure what batch i have but I'm using 3iu of greys daily 5on1off and started noticing the only side I'm sure is from them which is my fat ass ankles. I got undressed for bed the other night and was like WTF??!

That's where it hit me the most too. If u limit ur sodium intake that should help. It lasted like 3-4 weeks for me. I've heard taking a diuretic can help n someone recommended MHP EXPEL...It's a herbal diuretic.

Y'all are pretty spot on unfortunately, diet hasn't been the greatest since I've been struggling to even get my caloric intake to maintenance level between school and home life. Thanks for the tips.

With regard to growth use, I consign all of the above. I've been on 4iu black tops for awhile, tried up to 6iu but the CTS crippled my ability to train properly. I did treat them as 15iu/bottle too. I am younger than 30 as well. Could barely hold the dumbbell even with straps on heavy rows and such. I think if you're going supraphysiological in any capacity it's going to benefit you, there's no magic threshold that one must reach with GH before it suddenly becomes magical.

If anything, doses escalating above 6iu are going to pose more issues with insulin resistance and that will have potential negative ramifications in the long term. Of course we can use exogenous insulin to treat the elevated blood glucose, but that's like treating alcoholism with whiskey.

Anyway, since this is PDs thread I'll add that his communication so far has been above and beyond any GH source I've worked with to date. I hope he has has the black tops back soon so I don't have to switch to another product. Ive been having tremendous results with them.

Have you ever tried EOD dosing as opposed to 4iu everyday? That happens to me too trying to dose everyday at 6iu, but i can do eod at a full vial with no sides
