This is a question for everyone here that has experience running HGH

Ive been running 2 IU when i wake 5 am

and 2 IU after my workout around 6-7PM

for 2-3 months now.

Normally im NEAR DEATH STARVING when i wake up in the mornings, so i usually eat right before bed. Well its the off season, and i tend to eat just junk right before bed. If i dont eat right before bed i will FOR FACT WAKE UP AT 3AM ABOUT TO BE SICK IM SO HUNGRY. Then i can eat something small and fall right back to sleep.

Lately ive been eating "zebra cakes" right before bed and it seems to throw my Blood sugar way off and i get severe night cold sweats.... as in ive turned both my head pillow and body pillow totally brown from soaking them in sweat...

If i dont eat the sugary foods right before bed it doesnt happen...

So does HGH make anyone on here sensitive to sugar and find it hard to control blood sugar when on growth ?

Yes GH definitely messes with blood sugar n insulin sensitivity.

HGH causes insulin resistance, you might want to start checking your morning and 2hr post meal blood sugar to see where you're at. Since it's only been 2-3month for you, your body is likely dumping a lot more insulin to handle that sugar load from the snack cakes, and that's causing big swings which you notice in your symptoms. Eventually on GH for long enough with those eating habits your body won't have the extra insulin output or sensitivity, and you'll have chronically elevated blood sugar, which is diabetes.

This is very accurate--- If you have to eat like this--do not take hgh at night--- take I morning when fasted and try to avoid eating for two hours--- I would set alarm-- take in morning and go back to bed,, I take my whole shot at night before bed-- I do not eat past 6:30 and I take around 9:30.... and I avoid sugar like the plague.... no blood sugar issues for me with this regimen.

OP. Thats some serious sensitivity swing you got there. I'd stop eating all the junk before bed. Try eating some solid food and see how you do. Chicken, sweat potatoes, broccoli, asparagus and then follow it up with a salad or something just to squeeze in a little extra food.
I get bad sugar cravings before bed but I just stuff my face with as much good food as possible or else I'd do the same. During night time movies I can't eat popcorn with the GF I have to cut up a raw sweat potato and eat that or else I'll eat us out of house and home.

Yes, i knew i would get at least one response like that... But please know that this was just like 3 days in a row and i know my body and diet enough to keep my BF below 7% even in the off season.

Thanks for the nice response. Yes, i am well aware and educated on this, and was just asking the question to hear yall's thoughts, and make sure they where in line with Feller's that are in the same situation.

Waking up almost ready to puke hungry used to happen to me when I smoked a shit load of weed and ate nothing but trash before bed. Used to have to keep crackers by my bed.

Funny you mention it happening to you, because i smoke a TON OF WEED lol Its not that i eat junk before bed, its just i have to eat something or i feel terrible upon wakening.

I agree, i eat a base diet of chicken & Rice + Beef sweet potato EVERY DAY. I do what your talking about when i diet, and cant have regluar snacks. Its only 8oz Chicken and sweet potato right before bed because it digest slow.


Anyway guess im about to start my cycle's for the shows im doing in August. I will prolly log it on here and yall can see whatcha think!

Since blacktops are out of stock, has anyone tested the latest batch of greytops and which batch would it be? They seem to be testing in high in previous tests.

No bloods yet but I picked up greys a month ago, anecdotally the GH sides are much worse at 4iu than the black tops at 4iu (treated as 15iu per bottle). Within a week my already bad carpal tunnel has gotten fucking terrible, can barely stir my food without my hand just cramping into a claw shape. Take that with a grain of salt because even GH peps fuck me with carpal tunnel, just nothing like this before.

What kind of results do you see at 4iu? Are u doing 2iu am 2iu pm? 7 days a week? Looking to try my first run with gh hoping to work my way up to 4iu after a month or so starting at 2iu a day.

I do 2iu am and another 2iu pre workout, 7 days a week. Been on for like 5-6 months or so straight now. I've been off-season this entire run, and the biggest thing I've noticed is I am putting on fat at like 75% of my usual rate. I've built up to 5k calories and it's still not coming on much. I haven't been able to take an off-season calories above 4K calories ever because I always get way too fucking fat. I'm up 25lbs since starting by eating everything, and I still have abs and decent separation everywhere. Only anabolics have been 300-500mg test.

Right on man appreciate it. I'm looking to hopefully work my way up to 4iu and try to get some size out of it. I feel like I've been stuck in a rut the last few months. Gonna try to add some gh while I'm cruising for the first half of the year and see how things go.

The purpose of BA (Benzyl Alcohol) serves to inhibit bacterial growth, whereas low .9NaCl water does not have high enough salt concentrations to do so.

If your planning to use a vial in a day or two then the .9NaCl water will probably be alright but the .9BA water is much preferred.

Appreciate ur response—- I got the difference between the two—— I was trying to figure out why @legendary was getting milky HGH from the 9% sodium Chloride solution?
^^^ cause may be unknown but don’t think it would be from 9% sodium chloride solution.
