I was asked by a co worker how long will it take for her legs to began toning. Now to give you a bit information about this woman.
She has been dieting for several months in which she went from 151lbs to 138lbs. She said her legs are still showing bodyfat. I never saw what her thighs look like but they are big and she's much more bottom heavy.
She also wants to tone her arms. She has a bit of sagging fat on her triceps. Like I said she has been dieting for several months and have dropped but she wants to take it to a level were she begans to tone up more.
Now with the question she ask regarding how long will it take for her legs to tone up what's the best way I can answer her question? I know I told her if she does what she's suppose to do she should be fine but I could not really say how long it will take before her legs will tone as everyone is different.
Another co-worker said it should be around four to six weeks before her thighs began to tone. What do you guys think? Oh by the way she is 31yrs old and 5-feet tall at 138lbs from 151lbs.
