hows it going...
ok 5'8" 207 lbs bf unsure prob close to 20%
want 2 drop fat so I can start first cycle test prop 400mg/+: 10 wks

have lost 15 lbs in bout 6 weeks... So far

6am- 60 mins moderate elliptical
7am 2scoop protein 1/2 bana 8 oz milk (skim)
9am 2 eggs 5 whites 1/2 bell pepp 5 shrimp
11am 1 can tuna 1tbs lite mayo 1/2 sweet pot
12n 45 mins lift.. Circuit:
tue back/bi/tri/shrug
wed chest/shoulders
thu legs
fri back/bi tri/shrug
sat chest/shoulders
sun off
mon just cardio 60 min

1pm 2 scoop protein 1/2 cup oats
3pm 2 chk breast froz veg 1/2 sweet pot
5pm 1 93/7 burger patty froz veg
7pm fish froz veg

not sure if I made clear but I'm getting 60 mins cardio (elliptical) 6 days/week (cant run...knee prob)

is this enuff... Please respond... I've posted a couple threads and haven't gotten good feedback...
btw I'm 35 yrs old

trying 2 get 2 15 %bf then
1-10 100mg test prop eod
3days after last shot:
clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20

also thinkin of running clen during pct 2 burn more fat and reduce cortisol

Your routine looks good man, if you can't run you could try swimming it is great for cardio if you have access. Just keep your routine up, work hard, eat right, and in time you will shed the weight you want.

When you do cardio, you need to make sure your heart rate is up, not to high, but you want to be burning fat. Good luck.
