I just turned 37 and I weigh 220-225lbs. Would guess my bf to be around 16%. I
worked out from age 19-24 and then I got caught up in partying and quit up until a year ago. In this past year I have made crazy gains. I know it's important to switch up the routine and am going to lay out my routine and hope to get suggestions on switching my routine. I am getting ready to go on cycle and want to get the most out of my efforts. I would also be interested in a program suggestion, I am looking to gain quality mass this winter. I don't expect anyone to write out a whole routine for me but some different exercise suggestions would be much appreciated!
My current Routine: (4 sets on everything) (Flat and incline get switched up some)
