Help!! Two weeks ago I started working out again after a two-year break. In the last two months I have gained 25lbs!!!!!! ouch This is due to HORRIBLE DIET AND BEING LAZY...i must admit. I went to Mexico last weekend and bought Clen, T4 (eutirox), and Primo Depot. (started taking Monday 2-2-04) I have taken clen before and had good results, but have not taken the other two. I am worried about the verilizing (sp?) effects of primo...I want long lean muscles, don't want to bulk at all! Also, what is the difference between t3 and t4...i have heard t3 is natural and t4 is not...is this true? t4 have been taking 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at night...took clen 3 days and will take 1 day off and start to pyramid...if this is wrong please let me know...last time I did 2 on and 2 off for 4 weeks. the primo I took 1ml on Monday and was told to take one per week (ionly bought 3) Please help...I am taking the big step with the man of my dreams on March 11th and want to get as close to my goal as possible. I weigh 143 5'6...eating habits are great now...but have cut carbs a lot...none after 3pm...chicken breast, tuna, spinach, and protein shakes...all help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Where to start....based on what youve said, you have no business using any AAS at this point, for a few reasons. First, you just started back to eating and lifting. This is not the time to add in AAS. I know the temptation is strong, as Im fighting it as we speak, but its better to get back into a consistent routine of lifting and eating properly before adding any AAS. Ok, I just reread your post about it being a TWO YEAR break. You really shouldnt be using anything at all, other than a protein supplement and multivitamin.

Secondly, the questions you asked about the products you are using show that zero, or almost zero, research has been done on them. Thats not a good thing. Research comes first, buying comes much later down the road.

Third, based on your goals of "long, lean muscles," you dont need to use any AAS anyway. Long, lean muscles is some selling bullsh*t that you hear about on tv. You get long, lean muscles IF YOURE BORN WITH THEM! You cant change the length of your muscle bellies. The only thing you can change is their size and strength.

What you are probably referring to is the desire to lose fat. Thats fairly easy and can be done without AAS of any kind. Some modifications to diet and exercise and you'd make great progress. Fat loss will bring out the muscles that you have. Oh, and trying to lose fat without lifting is pointless.

I dont mean to sound like an assh*le, but people think of AAS as a magic bullet. Its not. Its a tool to use after training, nutrition and recovery are dialed in. And even then, only after a lot of research is done. Its better to hold off on using, rather than use something that you dont know what it will do to you.

Now to answer your specific questions...

Clen: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off is fine.

Primo: I would advise against using it. But if you choose to use it, then be smart. 200mg/wk should be plenty for a woman. And no, you shouldnt have to worry about virilization from it. Anavar is another "female-friendly" compound. Oh, and using primo for only 3 weeks is a waste of good product (assuming its even real).

T3/T4: The difference between T3 and T4 has nothing to do with one supposedly being natural and the other synthetic. Both are naturally produced in your own body. A portion of T4 is converted to T3 in your body (around 25% IIRC). T3 is a much better enhancer of metabolism. Pretty much any pill you take is sythetic, even if the original source is natural (ie. produced naturally in your body). As for dosing of T4, probably 75-100mcg per day. IMO, using T4 for dieting purposes is rather useless. T3 is a much better product for that.

If you want help on your diet and training, Im more than happy to help out with that.

I pretty much agree with Bob Smith on everything he mentioned.
Yes you should concentrate on diet and exercise as the main tools to get in shape.
I think you SHOULD use clen 2 weeks on , 2 weeks off. It's great to help lose fat and harden the muscle.
As for Primobolan I think 200mg per week is too much for someone who just want to get lean and hard. I disagree that 200mg is "safe dose" because Primobolan Depot is slow releasing steroid so 200mg for a man is pretty useless but in women the risk of androgenic build up is pretty high especially with that dose, needless to say you will again quite a bit of muscle with that.
Anavar is far better choice for you, but than again just like Bob said I wouldnt use either one of them for your goals.
Now T3 is a very nasty product for women and the risk of f.....g up the thyroid is so high (especially with women) that I would highly advised against using it.
Yes it's a great product to lose weight through speeding up the metabolism but the risk is far too high. T4 is safer yet still not worth it for women.
In my opinion if you wish to use thyroid stimulant your best choice would be Triacana. It gives good results especially in conjunction with clenbuterol and good diet/training/cardio regimen.

I already knew to do clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for best results.... but when doing a combination of T-3 and clen, is it good to do BOTH 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, or continue to take T-3 constantly while still doing clen 2 on 2 off?

T3 is taken way different than Clenbuterol. With T3 you start with very small dose like 25mcg or even half a tab only 12.5mcg and increase by 1 tab (or female would be better by 1/2 tab) every 4 to 7 days until you reach 50mcg (guys can go up to 100mcg). Than you stay at that dosage for something like 10 days and taper the same way you build it up untill you reach 12.5mcg.
You can not just stop taking T3 after 2 weeks than resume again. It's sure way to mess up your Thyroid and end up taking T3 for the rest of your life.
Again since I approach everything with safety I would HIGHLY advice women NOT to use T3 for recreational purposes. In fact even women who compete on National and Pro stage should use T3 only in extreme cases.
Triacana is much safer, altough not as effective it still will speed up your metabolism and can be used for much longer period than T3 (Cytomel).

Personally, I think you'd be best served with a plain ECA stack. I don't think clen is all it's cracked up to be.

newme,
Listen to the guys here. They know what they are talking about and are trying to help. Before you use any chemicals, you should get into a solid routine of healthy eating and exercise. You should also do tons of research prior to using AAS.

We all know that this is tough and its much easier to take the quicker way out with AAS, but like you have noted and have posted concerns about, is it worth risking your health because you aren't sure what you are doing?

Stay safe.

O.k.

Newme.....

O.K. I am going to break from some of the great guys here for one reason alone....you have a marriage coming up and I know you want to look great. I'll grant you the one time exception. :-) However, I totally agree that you should have been busting your can for a while before ever resorting to chemicals.

If you take a look at your post on the other forum, I have laid out a plan to get you down a few pounds before your big day. You must, must, must follow a strict diet, excercise, and health routine before you continue after your marriage. I am breaking from a bit of my own code here.....so don't make me sorry.

Let us know how it went.

Hope this helps....

Kemo

Best of luck at the wedding.

Damn man, 25lbs in two months. I think you need to visit your Doc asap. I would think it physically inpossible to gain that much bodyfat in two months just because of bad eating habits. Thats like nonstop eating to gain taht much bodyfat. Maybe I missed something in your post?! Please go see your doc, there may be something else wrong with you than just poor diet and lack of exercise...
