pls critique cycle/diet/everything :)

hi all,

i hope some experienced people can give me some feedback, maybe points for improvements for my cycle and diet and maybe anything else.

i am 46, 178m, 96kg, 10% fat. i am in week 4 of my cycle. i didnt do bodybuilding for about 6 years. my best was 105kg, 8%. lost all muscled, got very fat and this summer started going to gym again. started at 96kg, 28% fat end of july. first focus was on loosing fat and getting a big back in shape. 4 weeks ago i started focus on gaining muscles as much as possible. my goal is 110kg, 8%.hope to reach this in 4 months or so. sooner is better :)

my cycle AAS; 400mg test e/week, 400mg tren e/week. the plan is to do this 3 months, and maybe increase dosage or add oxys half way.
next to this; cjc no dac 200mcgr+ghrp-6 200mcgr, 2-3 times a day, 30 min before a meal
insulin; humalog 6iu 3 times a day, after breakfast, after lunch, 30 min before workout (at around 5 in the afternoon)
HGH; chinese generics 10iu 60 min before workout, then after 30 min meal and humalog

my diet; 3500kcal; prot:carbs:fat 40:40:20
i have 3 ' normal meals' a day; 150gr rice/pasta/couscous/bulgur together with 200gr chicken breast/grinded beef/white fish and 150gr veggies
next to this i have 3 'shake meals'; 50gr whey isolate together with 60gr oatmeal or 300gr whole wheat pancakes, or 300gr whole wheat bread.
and before bed i have 400gr of quark together with some fresh fruits and muesli.

i am now in week 4 and results are amazing. i do a 4 day split program, train about 45 min each bodypart.

one of the things i wonder is should i increase kcal a day significantly? maybe 4000kcal, 4500kcal? maybe even more. my fat % is not going up, actually it dropped 1,5% since i started.

so my goal is to gain as much muscle mass the next few months as possible. dont mind if body fat % is going up with about 2%.

any other things i could improve? i have a shitload of HGH and was thinking maybe do 20iu a day? or is that insane? going to do serum tests next week to check on strenght of HGH
 
This your first cycle? Ever ran tren before? I'm no hgh expert but you need to do a lot more research on hgh dosages. I also don't see a mention of an ai or pct in there as well.
 
no this is not my first cycle :):) years ago i did several cycles. tried out almost everything. that would be great to be 105kg 8% fat with my 1,78m and never used steroids hehehehe i think nobody every managed that. i am pretty experienced with cycles AAS. tried slin and HGH a few times but never a serious good protocol for a lengthy time. i have done my research.

i have ai (aromasin) and pramipexole but didnt have to use it as of yet.
 
Calories look extremely low for your goals, I would say eat as much clean foods as you can until you notice you might be overdoing it. But most people eat too little.
 
extremely low? so what would be a more proper amount of kcal according to you?

as said with 3500kcal i started to loose fat, so i upped to 4000kcal a few days ago, dont know what the effect will be. on the other hand muscle grow is also very good.

Keep going up on cals and protein until you see a need to cut it. Personally I have a problem "out-eating" my growth.

Especially with tren in the equation. Why so much gh?
 
yea but what about of kcal are we talking about? 4000? 5000? 6000?

i have to say with the 3500kcal i was still hungry most of the day. thinking about food allll the time. so i started to throw in whole weat pancake meals, boy thats 600kcal extra already :)

reason for the HGH; i still have 4000iu lying around. of which part has been in my fridge for 2 years so it may be degenerated (luckyly most of it should be very high quality new chinese which i am going to test next week). so why i use so much?
1. i want to grow as much muscles as possible the next 6-8 months
2. i have a shitload lying around
3. part of it may be not 10iu but less because it is degenerated after 2 years
4. its chinese generics no pharm grade
5. did i mention 1 already?? i want to grow as much muslce mass as possible the next 6-8 months and become a monster :):):):)

i am thinking of upping the HGH to 20iu a day in a few weeks time :)

Like I said, keep increasing until you notice a overage. Everybody is different and you need to find out what your body needs and how much it can build with x amount of drugs and y amount of calories and protein. One size doesn't fit all. Start at 4500 calories, then if you aren't increasing in body fat and eating clean, increase. Some guys plateau because they can't consume enough calories.

The GH amount is ridiculous in my opinion, use 2-4 iu over a longer period of time instead.

This exactly. My last cycle I wasn't gaining like I wanted and was like, "WTF?" I'm lifting like a freak. What's going on?"

i am close to 100kg. when i start to add calories for isntance i go from 3500 to 4500 or from 4000 to 5000 , just as an example, then your macros change?

i can imagine that in that case the added calories will mainly be from fats and carbs right? when i do 4000kcal a day my total proteine intake is close to 400gr. suppose i go to 4500kcal then my total proteine still stays 400gr? and the extra 500kcal come from fats and carbs? my fat % is actually pretty low; with 4000kcal i am on +/- 16%.
 
so 4500 kcal would be a more proper amount for me? i train 5 days a week and on non training days i am off everything (no ghrp, no insulin, no hgh, no cjc) and i eat about 500-1000kcal less.
 
I'm sorry man I'm going to be the guy who is going to burst your bubble, I mean I get it you want results quickly but it's not going to happen you say you lost all your mussel right? I assume you have some fat as well I would cut up first then do a cycle and gain the muscle you will look better and you will have some muscle coming back from muscle memory while cutting so cutting won't be a total loss. Just carb cycle and eat a descent amount of protein 1.5 per lb of body weight

I assume you have some fat as well I would cut up first then do a cycle and gain the muscle you will look better and you will have some muscle coming back from muscle memory while cutting so cutting won't be a total loss. Just carb cycle and eat a descent amount of protein 1.5 per lb of body weight

well if you read well i have been focussed on loosing fat for a few months first. went from 28% to 12%. i am at 10% now.
 
Dude your asking a question that can't be answered, we can't tell you how many calories you should eat, some people can get away with 3k some people need more, everyone's body is different so you need to find what works for you, there's no blue print for it.

I also think that's a shit load of GH, why do that to your body? More is not always better. It's the same with gear some people 500mgs of test is the sweet spot, some guys can run 750, some guys can run a gram without bad sides.
 
I'm no hgh expert by a long stretch, but from doses I've seen, you're going to be having nasty pain in your hands/wrists from too much gh.
