Dude your asking a question that can't be answered, we can't tell you how many calories you should eat, some people can get away with 3k some people need more, everyone's body is different so you need to find what works for you, there's no blue print for it.

I also think that's a shit load of GH, why do that to your body? More is not always better. It's the same with gear some people 500mgs of test is the sweet spot, some guys can run 750, some guys can run a gram without bad sides.

its actually the kind of answers that i am looking for. i mean no one is saying 4000kcal is way to much. when i was eating 3500 i noticed it was just not enough. after a week or so i will measure bodyfat % again and weight to see how 4000 is going. i think i could even upp it to 4000-4500 a day on training days and then like 3000-3500 on non training days. every morning when i wake up and look in the mirror i look lean. abs comming out, veins now start to show up clearly on sholders and arms.
 
So you went from 28%bf to 10%bf in 5months? What did you weigh when you started? Original post days 96kg for both.
