The answer is YES a study was done using Arimidex on men with low t and high e2 Estradiol. A link.

There T levels went up 200 to 300 points.
But if I were you I would try Indolplex/DIM this brand I try other brands before doing Arimidex and had the wrong kind. This is what you need it is over the counter.

But I must warn you if you don't get a test and take this you can go to low and it is worse then to high. But if your test comes back on the high side or over the top of the range then try taking one pill a day until you get real hard wood all night long keep taking it. But if the wood stops stop taking the pill until the wood comes back then go back on it but do half. Keep doing this until you find the right level and dose the window is small.

Using an aromatase inhibitor such as Arimidex, in absence of elevated E levels, is no way to raise your testosterone.

Also, you cannot titrate dosage through erections. It takes weeks for hormone levels to stabilize, and sexuality naturally waxes and wanes.
